You pour it into the gas tank. |

Thinking of buying a JCL mp 250A.. Will it be able to get Registered & liscensed in PA. Bought a different scooter from S.C. Pa. won't register& liscense it. They say vin doesn't meet Pa. standards

If you have already been throught it once, you should know what to do without asking us. That is what you have a DOT or DMV for.

How would I know. this is another vin. & different scooter. How can I ask Pa. Dot when I don't have the vin. till I buy it. like the last one... Do you know Pa. law.. I am waiting for PA. DOT to answer me. just thought some one from Pa. has one???? |

I have the same scooter. We should become friends on Facebook. The radiator resivoir tank is to the left of the gas cap. It is made of black rubber. It's really hard to put back on. The radiator cap is under the seat. Do not open when hot. |

web up motorsports max there in cal and have a nice parts site. just got my 250 last week nice bike. |

the vin #is on a plate under the seat! |

poppa jon. You do realize that Harry's post is over 2 yrs old. My guess is he has found a muffler by now, or no longer has the scooter - ya think? Shirley's post is 8 months old. If she hasn't got her problem corrected by now, she does not deserve to own a scooter.

I have the vin. sent all the paper work to PA. Dept. of transportation. They will not register it, because the vin. does not matchj Pa. standards. these scooters can not be registered in Cal. Pa. or Ohio. |
|
|
It may be because the scooters don't pass the emmission standards in those States. Especialy CA.

Where is the engine oil drain plug and gear oil drain plug on the mp250a?
|
You are exactly right. That was the problem. |
|
I deserve to own a scooter & have for many years. The problem has been solved & it was not my fault. the scooter still sits in the garage not registered. It does not meet Pa. emission laws. If you know it all, well, there is one for sell in my garage. Try to get it registered, I don't think sooooo. |
