I'm out , but it's not the 30 plusers that are the real problem it's the union and the state ! they both cause business nothing but headaches ! the union at Harley always caters to the bottom of the barrel , because those are the ones that can't make it on their own and the state loves to take from those who can and will !

I sure hate the Harley test facility is leaving Talladega Alabama it has been a good palce to work for a lot of people for a long time. Y`all should reconsider its a good testing area and a lot of good employees here..Talladega doesn`t need to loose any more jobs..

I would agree on that too.The union Does'nt always look out for the workers as a whole. But from the people I talked to that work there(at least 6 of them with 7-12 yrs there),the 30+yr people were given generous package offers and they wouldnt take it,cause they either have too much debt or they would'nt have anything to do with themselves. And they sure as hell would'nt make the money they make for the little work they do,ANYWHERE.Everybody knows thats a fact.

Exporting jobs to cheeper labor areas is due to corporate greed, not union acitvity. GM had record profits throught most of the 2000's and one year where profits DOUBLED. If you SHEEP don't wake up to the Wallstreet Goldman Sachs scam soon, you will be sheared as well. Harley's Wallstreet greed is no exception.

Harleys way overpriced junk is what got them in trouble, along with the union bums.

Why should someone get paid 25 - 30 bucks an hour to attach a wheel or put on a rocker cover. The unions are driving them out of york.

AND, nobody on line makes that much unless you're talking about overtime hours:)

I keep reading people pointing the finger at the union and people pointing a finger at the workers...but nobody points a finger at Harley and their financial decisions over the years.
