I agree that Cuevas lies about what really happened. The fact that the altercation happened and that Tim walked away only to be re-confronted a few blocks down the road. Or that Cuevas ran from California over the border. That his parents went to get him and he was arrested while trying to cross the board. Two families loose here. It's time to be a man and to take COMPLETE responsibility! Not the half truth I have been reading and hearing. My personal feeling is Cuevas could of walked away. What about the other 2 friends in the car, besides the one who beat Carlos up? One of them could of turned this senseless act, into a peaceful one.
Close Pac Bell Park or find a better way to protect those who attend. There have been so many times I have been at the park, where teenagers run rampant. No tolerence should be instated going forward!!
