Analyze this -- Crystal's exhibition whiff is comic fun

Ohohohoho, Billy is a funny guy, Ohohohoho.

Two decades ago, maybe.

Anyone who knows baseball and loves baseball would jump at the chance to do what Billy did. It is not practical for all of us to do it, but If I could choose my proxy, it would have been non other than Sir Billy himself. He knows the game, loves the game, and is a first rate Yankee fan. I'll bet when he stood up to bat, he fleetingly thought that this one was for all of us baseball nuts who won't get the chance. He deserves it.
Billy's one of the good guys.
Elitist? Give your head a shake. Billy's a fan just like many.

Who cares, another non story. Get a life and write about somthing or someone that is important in the world.

Who cares about Billy Crystal? He went out and embarrassed himself, Mets, and Orioles. He had no business even being on the field. Let hiim fund a charity softball game instead. This is another Garth Brooks story.

Sorry, Bill Ordine, I understand you taking the Billy Crystal point-of-view since he was the focus for nonsense, but there is a lot more than that involved and potentially involved.

There is so much to say, and none of it is good. I will compose a rebuttal ... and I won't even say, "Bill, you ignorant slut," even though that would seem to be the right vintage.
