The New York Mets have several questions to answer in the offseason. Among them, is whether to re-sign Jose Reyes for big money or let him walk.
Money and ownership persona are poorly executed with Bud Selig allowing the shenanigans of the Wilpons.
The team and its dynamics have been cued by the Wilpons; this has caused a deeper darker despair with the fan base especially with the Einhorn deal going by the wayside.
The Wilpons are not interested in doing anything for the team as in so much as saving their face with braggadocio mannerisms.
