LOL yeah right!! Any basic gun owner knows always treat a gun as loaded. They 're trying to make people believe the instructor, with police experience, did it when that is something a novice that would need "instruction" would do. Padilla obviously didn't know enough to clear a jam, or keep the gun pointed down range in case of a delay fire. To add the the fishiness of this story their people said "hunting accident". Lie once .. lie twice. I don't buy it. Looks to me like the instructor took a bullet for the team. Literally
