How very exciting. Im a mom of a softball player and understand the hard work these kids put in to something they love to do. I am sitting here crying tears of joy for this kid. How awesome he must feel.It takes alot of blood,sweat and tears to be a good ball player. Best of Luck to you Cody.And if I know the parents,they are high on life right now.

Everyone is happy for you Cody. We have watched you play since you were little and your arm was stronger than all the other kids. Somethings never change. Seeing everything come together for you this year has been great. Your determination in both baseball and academics has really paid off. Your parents did a great job of raising you. Also, your Dad deserves credit for not letting your arm get overused over the years. Best of luck to you, we are sure you will make the right decision.

Unbelievable....A little jealous are you? Its refreshing that this kid made it on his own work not mommy and daddy sucking up to the coach. If you have a God given talent you just are born with it. For allyou other parents let your kids have FUN with sports.

Obviously black republican is a white guy trying to stir the pot. Currently, there are no registered black republicans in the US and furthermore, since his post has no grammatical errors, it eliminates the possibility of him being black at all.

How great is this? I don't know this young man but I sure hope he does well. My daughter has Mr. Weiss as a teacher and if he is anything like his father, great things will happen for his. Congratulations to his whole family.
