every year ends the same for those loser mets. their fans shaking their fist over their head saying "wait till next year." just like the old brooklyn dodgers that they emulate so much.

Looks like 69 and 86 were the years when the Mets got lucky.

Yea wait till next year maybe that will be the year that one of their pitchers will pitch a perfect game too.
