Marine Corps drill instructor speaks to Proctor students

I actually go to proctor high school and I'm in ROTC it sucks sometimes your having a bad day and they add to it there always yelling and telling you to participate they want you to revolve your life around ROTC it's ridiculous to me that's why I'm quiting this year I would go to gym any day!!!

You kno what Shawn or whatever shut up you don't kno me you low life do you go to proctor or are you in ROTC no so shut up who you think you are go do better things with your life and I said my opinion so f off!!!!

as a mom of a Marine i am sick to hear of the bashing of a few of the posters.we as a family are very proud of what all the service men/women sacrifice. for the one poster to say that the Marines are troubled and its the last resort you have no idea, go sit in the recruiters office and get the correct facts, please stop at parris island on a friday to witness a graduation unless you are not human there is no way you will ever look down on any service member.i would think you would be jumping on a soapbox and wanting to shield the youth from the vulger language that is spewed from their own mouths or from their peers....are we really going to think the loudness from a drill instructor is going to "damage" them? thank you to all that have served this country, for all that are serving now. the few..the proud..the Marines...OOH-RAH!!!

It's not just the Marines that fight the war on terror. Army, Navy, Air Force also fight the same war. Remember this: Freedom is never free.

My son earned the PRIVILEGE of being called a United States Marine. He wasn't raise in a poor home. He was Phi Beta Kappa at Cornell University. He's deployed as a platoon leader, and right now is in harms way. God Bless the USMC.
