Actually they are leaving a neighborhood. The 13th and Waco store was the only grocery store in that area. The grocery store on Amidon is quite a ways for people in the area who rely on public transit. I live in this area and know that this change has left many disabled and elderly with some serious problems, as well as families without vehicles. We talk about obesity being a problem for children. What is expected to happen when the nearest grocery store for some people is almost 3 miles away but the burger king is across the street?
