No contest plea in pet hearing

Former East Manatee pet store owner Janice Cabezas pleaded no contest Friday to scheming to defraud, a third-degree felony, for selling puppies with fraudulent pedigrees.

Cabezas should have gotten more done to her in court. I got a puppy from her store. He doesn't have papers, she tried to pass of the wrong ones. My puppy at age 3 months was over 2years old. She defrauded alot of people and we all should get some of our money back. My puppy also came with a sickness that my other dogs got and i almost lost one of them. It was touch and go for 4 days. The vet and I hit her hard with drugs and thank god it worked. This woman should never own a pet business again. Thank you for your time

I hate what this woman was allowed to do and onyl gort a slap on the hands. What's wrong with the state of florida. This is neglect and abuse, mentally and physicaly on a lot of people and on the animals. Florida wake up and smell a problem.
