Driver on I-75 charged with pointing pistol at another driver

Well at this point, I'd take it to court and plea my word against the others, arrest was based on hearsay of plaintiff. I guess at that point plaintiff's hearsay is enough for probable cause? Proof beyond a reasonable doubt, I don't know, maybe the two knew each other and the plaintiff had knowledge defendant had that BB pistol stored there. Hard to say, story lacks enough info.(Rouge Friend Getting Even?) Aside that, maybe Mora had good reason to display the weapon, maybe the person who complained was the original perpetrator. Maybe Mora had to display this weapon to deter the others Road Rage. I just say there are many sides to a story! Somethings missing.
