Teen found shot to death in Gardere area

A teenager was shot to death today in the Gardere area of Baton Rouge. Seventeen-year-old Devion Goings' body was found about 3 p.m. in front of the Promenade Gardens duplex at 8208 Skysail Ave., said Capt.
