a former employee of this business just informed me that this place practices discrimination. she was fired because the company wants to go a "different direction" and since she isn't mormon they decided to let her go. the day before her supervisor informed her that he is LDS and he isn't going to let anyone interference with that and they are only going to hire mormons. yesterday the son asked her if she was married since she was children, which she isn't. shame on them for firing someone based on their religious preference and not job performance and I will see they are held accountable for their actions.

I would be remiss if I did not respond to this post!

I work for this same business! I have never witnessed any type of discrimination in the workplace whatsoever! If anything, the atmosphere is one of respect and total commitment to the success of its employees.

As far as any type of reference to hiring discriminatory practices surrounding religion, this is absolutely false. I am not Mormon and neither are the majority of the employees in the office and we continue to work for this business. Nor has there ever been any comment or reference to marital status from this employer to me.

I couldn’t be happier working for this business and don’t see any merit for this posting whatsoever. There is no need for "accountability" in my opinion!

I have been with this company for some time and over the entirety of that period have not come across any discrimination based on my religious beliefs or marital status – I am unmarried and a non-Mormon and have been treated with respect and dignity regardless. I find the statements in this post a completely inaccurate and without merit.

Wow, If this were true...why was this person hired in the first place? The facts do not add up to the allegations. I would say that a person is usually let go because of poor job performance or maybe not following company policy or actually showing up for work on time and staying to the end of the shift. Why would this person want to discriminate against a company with found less defamatory comments through a 3rd party no less..LOL! Sounds like another Drama Queen with an entitlement mentality.

It sounds like you are also employed there to be able to account for such first hand information? Did you worked side by side to determine she was a good worker? Just curious what training you have had to make such a determination? I am also confused because if she was let go so suddenly, why do you now claim it was a entire week of bad performance?

she was let go BEFORE her review she didn't have a chance. like I said the nlbr will review it. if I was wrong I stand corrected but after a few arbitrations that I seen from grupo Mexico and othersome companies discrimination is alive and well as well as other bad labor practices.

This is common practice for this company to tell their employees to post these counter comments to anyone who says anything negative about their companies. Let's just say I know from first hand experience the workings of this company. I'm the one that got them into the business and founder of the company that they now own. I currently have my own business and have nothing to do with them. They where based out of Louisville, KY, but moved company to AZ after most all their employees quit at the same time. If you need any help simpleglam let me know. Sorry to hear another person has had to deal with these people again.

I weep for our future. Maybe when you make claims you should try proofreading. Therefore, you won't come off like a complete idiot. Seriously, what was your highest level of education? 4th grade? Because my 5 year old nephew can elaborate the English language better than you. Go back to school and learn that it's best to know basic spelling and grammar because i'm pretty sure your "friend" would be embarrassed of her poor representation brought on by a low-level educational moron, such as yourself.

HI JONATHAN,
Your first hand experience is related to forming the company, correct? Are you related to Jeremy Bowman? Why did you exit the company?
Many thanks,
Michael

Do not do business with this company. Whatever they sold in the past that was successful, they don't sell anymore. All you'll get for 200 dollars a month is recycled leads from Realtytrac or people basically out of the phone book. They will steal your money and leave you high and try when you see you've been scammed by them.

Hi,
With regard to their actual business model. Does anyone have any POSITIVE experience with this company. I am a realtor and would like to know if any other realtors out there in this forum have paid into their program and ACTUALLY made a return on their investment. Please advice.

I have been trying to research this company as well. I listened to the webinar all the way to end and was thinking they really wanted to help home owners. Up to the time they asked for $. I have found more negative than positive. So if they want this broker to help, they will not be asking for $ from me. I'll find another way... Just my opinion. I am also a Certified Appraiser. Point is, I know how to find information and it will be accurate... Not out of date or already foreclosed upon. You would think they would change their company name & number so these comments wont catch up with them. Could respect them for taking their lumps but I don't... Homeowners and buyers need our help and honesty more than ever. They wont get that help through these people from what it sounds like. Please let us know if you decide to be the test rabbit. Good luck:)

Don't bother with this company. They promise this and that, then when they don't deliver, they screw you through their terms and conditions. Support is non existent, their letters they have you send out are out of compliance, basically illegal to mail to homeowners, and there is no return address. I believe this to be because this company knows half these are going to vacant homes, and they don't want them coming back to you, showing this is a complete scam. Write your own letter, get the same leads from your title agency, and save the hundreds this company swindles from you, that would be my advice.

Okay...I feel like I have totally wasted away a few hours here...first listening to the Real Prompt (or National Mortgage Forgiveness Plan) webinar that was an hour long, then reading through the contract and ALL the terms and conditions (scary that they are so fearful of realtors not paying...WHY?!) and then doing research online to try to find out if they are a scam. They do have about 6 realtors on their website who seemed to be doing well using their system (at least in 2012..dated info!)but I never trust self-serving reviews! If they really wanted to help people as they profess, they could offer the service to realtors on first-come/first-serve basis by geographical area for FREE and Real Prompt would still make plenty of money off their 1% facilitation fee. If they felt the realtor was not doing enough business for them to make $$$ this way, don't send them any more leads! Doesn't show they have any faith in their company if they have to charge an ongoing monthly fee and the realtor will already be spending plenty in postage and printing to send the letters out.
On another note...do any of you realtors out there know if the LCM Gateway (Matt Jones) lead system is the real deal or just another way to waste money???

Im actually sitting at my computer at work right now at realprompt. I am not mormon, so in response to the first post here, you should probably get your facts straight. Your "friend" was probably fired due to being a crappy worker, and instead of admitting that she made up the reason she got fired to look like it wasnt her own fault. Typical.

As for anyone who is looking to join the company. We have had alot of great success. But first and foremost i strongly recommend reading our terms and conditions before enrolling, as we stick to our terms and conditions 100%.
