Sedona Choppers Remax Sedona Case Update
Sedona Choppers former owners v. Remax Sedona & related party trial date set Sedona, AZ - June 10, 2008 - Sedona.biz previously reported that Robert Wasserman and his partner Clarisse Heller filed a lawsuit on 12/04/07 in Coconino Superior Court against Remax Sedona and a related party. Mr. Wasserman has informed us that Judge Diana Hendrix has granted a request by the plaintiffs and has set an August 13th trial date for hearing the case. Although not specified in court papers Mr. Wasserman says they are seeking 1.2 million in damages for financial, punitive and other factors. Mr. Wasserman says he has been waiting a long time to have a jury of his peers hear the case. He says he is eager to have the matter settled and finally put behind him. We understand Wasserman & Heller have filed a motion of summary judgement asking the judge to decide the case without a trial. http://www.sedona.biz/sedona-chopper0107.htm |
