Of course Mary Rose Wilcox spoke out against the AZ law. She takes a County Commissioner paycheck by day, then aids and agetts illegal alien border jumpers at night. She MUST be replaced!

If SB 1070 is overstepping jurisdiction, then why isnt California sued, by DOJ, for legalizing marijuana in violation of Federal law? Didnt California use the States Right arguement?

Supreme Court ruled in Muehler vs Mean that the police does not need probable cause to ask for immigration status. SB 1070 requires probable cause.

Estrada vs Rhode Island, 1st Circuit, US Court of Appeals ruled the same. R.I. has enforced this law for years.

I believe Arizona will win this case. Also based on question in comment 2.

I was born in Az.and wish only people could get elected and vote in Az..
