The homeopathic system requires doctors to prescribe a medicine.

Homeopathy medicine have a method for production properly laid down. This should be enforced.

Recalls to be penalised heavily, patients showing drug effects beyond stated compensated and drug companies open to litigation and forced to pay compensation like tobacco companies.

If FDA is replaced with a scientific unit that has brains things would start improving automatically.

Yes it would, they would immediately cease approval of homeopathy, acupuncture & alt med in general. They would then insist that these things be scientifically proven to work before approval. What a great day that would be!

I am not so sure. It could be the other way also. What I am sure of is:

All drug companies will close down as their money making plans get stuck in courts and libalities make their operations financially unviable.

I love zicam tablets , the ones that dissolve in your mouth. It really prevents cold, havent heard or tried nasal sprays and would certainly avoid after reading this!
