I have had these blisters before and the doc gave me allergy tablets and something called fucibet it cleared up within a week and it was at quite an advanced state. The blisters had filled with horrible yellow puss and the skin began to drop off. But this time I've got it again just as bad and I've had the meds for almost a week and it just seems to be making its worse. My toes again have blisters which are filled with puss again, and it is very painful to even stand up. Any body got any good ideas?

well it might be a very bad blister, or maybe a infected cut that is speading i suggest you go to the hospital get blood taken and hopefully the thing you have is nothing serious

I have the same thing. I believe it's caused by a lack of moisture in your hands. I got this after woking at a fast food resturant for a year which involved alot of washing hands.(soap dries hands!)and cotinues wearing yeast covered gloves. I dont know why they cover them in yeast but maybe that had something to do with it. Before I go to sleep I cover my hand in fatty oitnment which gets rid of the bumps and on the night where my skin is dry i put on vaseline not moisturiser it's too thin.
Then I wear cotton gloves over them. Go to sleep and repeat process. Important tips: Dont pop bubbles, wear gloves to avoid any contaminents getting into soloutions,Fatty oitnment is prescribed from what i know. This may take a while but just be patient |

if the dots are small, itchy, burning, and all over your fingers it is most likely hand foot and mouth disease

A friend of mine has a small white round flat circle that shows up for only about 10 minutes, then disappears. He says it does not itch or anything or hurt, but he is worried it could be some kind of worm or something. It is always on his index finger. He is not normally a baset case or strange, but does this sound like anything that has happened to anyone else?

This sounds like scabies, Kelly. Go see your doctor. |
|
to me it sounds like you have scabies , i had the same problem and when i did the treatment for it 2 days later i was fine so u have nothing to lose try it |
|
You should research exzima. It spreads the more you iche. Red bumpy blister that you can pop with clear fluid. They eventually dry out and cause the skin to flake. |

I have had these bumps come and go for 40 years.
I always thought for some reason I got them when something big happens happy, sad, excitement, dread. The first time my little sister was born I was five and the center of attention the only reason I got attention was cause of these bumps. They got really bad once at five but never agian. The doctor popped them wrapped them up like mummy. They spread all over my body and I became very infected I almost died. So do not wrap do not pop especially the white ones they make it spread those are infected ones. Just leave them alone and wash hand often they will go away if not soak in eppsence salt. with as hot of water you can stand. Mine are brought on by emotions or nerves or something chemical that is triggered. I have had may times this has happened not so bad the worst other time was when i was secretly going to take my child back my husband just took them to another state and I got them back. it got bad then but other then that I just break out only hands and I just try to keep myself bust idle hands not good never got them bad when I was working |

The small blisters you describe, filled with clear fluid are a form of dermatitis called pompholyx, also known as vesicular eczema (a vesicle is small fluid filled sac). Pompholyx is the preferred term, it means bubble in Latin and the blisters very often look like little bubbles.
This particular type of eczema only seems to occur on the hands and feet. The condition comes and goes over time, nobody really knows what causes it. Moisture, detergents and chemicals can all aggravate it. I have seen many cases where the popmpholyx develops or worsens after stress. In some people there appears to be an allergic tendency, and in some cases nickel sensitivity can be the cause, so avoid cheap nickel coated rings, watches and jewelry. Mild cases usually resolve themselves, though sometimes nightly cortisone based creams can help relieve the itching that often, but not always, accompanies pompholyx. If it worsens or gets too itchy see your family physician. Severe cases are fairly rare, and often require stronger steroid creams, and occasionally oral steroids (prednisolone or similar). Breaking the blisters can be difficult as they are quite small and the skin over them is quite thick. It is not a good thing to do as the broken blisters can become infected and painful. Basic management involves avoiding exposure to skin irritants (wear good gloves when doing the dishes) and keeping the hands moisturized. Cool compresses can help when the blisters are itchy. If your case is mild, it will settle without treatment over a few days or weeks (and may not come back for months or years). It's a good idea to see your family doctor if you're worried There are some good pictures here, http://dermnetnz.org/dermatitis/pompholyx.htm... |

I do have the same problem and they seems to be cause of smoking menthol cigaretes. It does help when you quit. They will go away but I am not sure why menthols do that. Is it the smoke or menthol itself? |
