Hello,
I am interested in any thoughts on how to approach compensation for acupuncturists who work in a shared clinic environment. My vision is a group of practitioners, who may use different or similar modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy, dietetics, etc...and who also work together to meet patient and professional goals. My question is how can we use such a team approach and compensate each professional appropriately? If there are such clinics as this, how do they operate? Are services offered separately or in a lump package? What would be an acceptable charge for such a wide range of services? All comments are much appreciated. |
