I don't really mind cigarettes inside as long as there is some movement in air. What kills me is when people spark up a cigar indoors!

Another big problem is loud music in clubs. I like to go out and watch my favorite rock or heavy metal band but the volume at some of these shows is just horrendous and can do damage to people who have sensitive hearing like m.
I think we should have a law that protects people from having to be exposed to these loud and harmful sounds. The FAA should mandate mufflers on any plane that creates a sound above 70 decibels.
It's just not fair that I can't go out and enjoy a night on the town without being exposed to dangerous levels of sound.
They should also ban these loud motorcycles that keep going up and down my street. And parents should NOT be allowed to have loud crying children in public. I think you should be given a citation if your child is crying or screaming in public for more than 30 seconds.
We need to make everyplace that I want to go safe for us with sensitive hearing. My doctor has told me that if I go into a boiler room for more than 3-4 hours my hearing can be permanently damaged and I may even go deaf. But I love boiler rooms and can't imagine not being able to be in one any longer.
PROTECT ME FROM GOING DEAF!!

That is just a small part of it, we need laws to protect me and my hearing. We can not let others damage my hearing with their selfish and dangerous noise. We need to outlaw air horns from sporting events and those big plastic horns they use at Soccer matches. Loudspeakers and loud cheering also infringe on my rights.
My neighbor three doors down has a dog that barks and interrupts my afternoon naps. I have requested that they simply have their pets vocal chords removed but they will not comply. We need a law that forces all dogs to be both spayed/neutered and have their vocal chords removed.

It's my right to be able to go anywhere I want without smoke and noise. These are things that harm my health and well being and they must be eliminated.

A little louder please, I have my ear protecters on. The noise of the A/C in this heat wave is reving my emotions and my ears are sweating because of the protectors. I am the only one home right now with no one to complain to. This is a delema, if I scream I will wake up the next door neighbours cat who is sleeping under a shady tree he will climb the tree again and cause the fire department to come again. I don't want mu neighbour fined again F.........k

I hate the sirens on those fire trucks they are too loud. And there is a cat in my neighborhood that sounds just like a baby crying at night. I'm thinking about asking my local councilman to turn our town into a whisper only quiet zone.

Now you have the best Idea Yet ! Go to you councilman I can assure you that he has a great deal of experience since the meetings have whisper zones especially when it comes to smoking issues.
