York County deed transfers for March 22

I just found out that Kelly Sprenkle won some lottery, and thats how he is able to buy up houses through 1-800- we- buy -houses. He is definitely white trash who hit it big through the lottery, and now he feels that he has the right to push people around. He needs to remember that he grew up in York City. I really need to talk to our family lawyer about getting a restraining order against him! I'm going to have our lawyer contact his ex-wife and see what went on in their marriage! What a jerk!

Oh come on already, La La! You know you want me!! I know that your divorced, why won't you go out with me already?? I don't see a whole lot of boyfriends coming round. You know I'll keep on until you say yes! You can't get away from me, cause I own the house next door, lol!

I didn't mention how rude they were to me though. Where do they come off thinking that, that type of behaviour is acceptable to a stranger in her own yard? Maybe it's because Windsor has one of the highest rates of domestic violence in the county. At least thats how it was when I worked for the courthouse years ago! They used to hand out the P.F.A.'s like they were candy! You didn't even have to speak English to get one.

1-800-u-stalker, thats my new nickname for you know who, tries to turn people against each other, and gets young men to do his dirty work for him. In psychological terms, it's called "splitting". He gets off on harassing people by using a "surrogate" and being the omniscient observer. The young men that do his bidding, aren't very intelligent. I've seen these type of weak -willed followers get into real trouble with the law. I remember a copper wire theft case where the "boss" told the underlings to steal it, and then to cash it in. Guess who got the criminal records? The hapless lackeys! So why do these guys listen to him? Do they think that he'll share his lottery spoils? Think again, I'm sure that he's already squandered most of it!

It really annoys me that I have to start writing on here again. I actually think that the kids are really cute, and wish that the family would buy the house already! I guess that 1-800-u-stalk, isn't willing to part with it, for some bizarrre reason! He needs to move on, and get a life!

The neighborhood has gone down hill so bad! I would never buy a house here now! It looks okay in the daytime, because all of the idiots are asleep. They stay up all night and sleep all day. I have no idea when they work. The action gets going around 10:00 pm, on a Sun. night. A grown man starts kind of moaning and screaming, and talking really loud in his backyard. I guess he's drunk again. Then the six yr. olds and toddlers come out to play in the dark because they've been sleeping all day. Then the other idiot fires up the grill, and the whole neighborhood smells like smoke for hours!
The family on welfare and food stamps, is definitely not following the "welfare to work" law. I even contacted the office, and they could care less!
The only hope that we have is that these people will run out of money, and have to move on!
Is this what 1-800-we-buy-houses is doing to neighborhoods around the country? Why don't these people have to get up in the morning, and go to sleep early?

I'm not suprised at all to hear on the news that a weird guy has been hanging around Suburban harassing young girls! The police seem to ignore all of the complaints of weird "events" that take place in our neighborhoods. The drug deals, the kids that don't attend school for one reason or another, the drunk people in the back yards, the parents that smoke dope on their porches! I guess that these people are attracting an unsavory element to this area. I was hoping that things had gotten better since I had been observing, and reporting,and taking action, all of this time! I don't know what to think now?

I almost hate to post it, but I just can't resist! One of our neighborhood, part-time residents made the front page of today's paper! Heres a few hints; "twenty year old", ""schizophrenic ", and "killed a cat!" These words and phrases, are direct quotes! LOL! I actually feel quite sorry for him. It seems as if the method of shuffling him from house to house, or letting him sit in the backyard all of the time, was not an effective method of treatment. That just goes to show how crazy these people are! I'm so glad that we're moving!

I keep finding calls on your cell that are marked "private". Why do you have to call women using a private number? I left my husband for you! Cheated on him, no less! All of the money in the world, isn't worth losing my reputation! So, no more mysterious calls, okay!

Now, I hope that I am giving advice to the right person. I would hope that you haven't signed any prenups! Because in effect, by cheating on the original spouse, who you have four kids with, it wouldn't bode very well for any pending court cases. I wouldn't consult any ex-husbands that may happen to be attorneys either! We don't want to be exposed to any "Betty Broderick" (from the Lifetime movie!) moments around here either! It's weird enough that so many people are gossiping about your business in the first place. Some people love to create, drama and hysteria. Oh well, welcome to the neighborhood. I'll make sure to keep my ears open!

Does anyone know why the police where at the rental house the other day? It was a different kind of police car, than the ones usually seen in the neighborhood. What was the purpose of the landlord when he bought the house, and rented it out on the down-low, not charging very much rent, and not reporting that it is a rental to the township? Now the tennants are attracting all of this attention by having police cars parked at the house? Some of these Real-estate people must really be nuts! They must think that they are the Amish Mafia, or something.

On another note, why is this the only block where people let their 4 and 5 yr. olds run rampant? The kids are unsupervised, and truly left to their own devices. One 5 yr. old is left to just sit and cry out in his backyard for hours. The yard is full of dried paint cans. He plays in the paint flakes, by himself. The other house, the kids scream in the backyard in the dark, while the mom and dad sit out there and get drunk. Then of course, start screaming at each other. Public humiliation doesn't seem to affect these people. What if their work places got a hold of this info? For the ones that do actually work and don't collect welfare that is.

Children services doesn't care. The woman in charge, I'll give her the pseudonym of "Deb Sandusky", is too worried about how many husbands she has divorced or have mysteriously died. We see her at these well-known bi-coastal bars. Why doesn't she just come out of her closet, already!

Maybe the local police could atleast cruise around and when they see these toddlers out roaming the streets at dinner time, they could atleast buy them a hot dog or something! I'm even starting to feel sorry for the kids!

Where is this neighborhood?

I had no idea that we had an accused arsenist of Russian descent, living in the neighborhood. I also didn't know that our "favorite landlord" is renting the house out to him! This has got to be the weirdest revelation and exposure of another neighborhood wack job, yet! I would actually need to go back to school and get a Phd. to psychoanalyze what motivates this latest deviant!

Researching all of the neighborhood criminals is as much work as having a full time job! Why didn't this guy's family get him psychological help before he set a local motel on fire, twice???? Did he burn down one of the neighbors houses? Does he want to kill people, because the motel was occupied at the time? Couldn't he be considered a "terrorist"? Is anyone going to post his bail? I hope not. How long has he been living there?

This one is really disturbing. I'm even afraid of this one! Is our "favorite landlord" involved in more stuff than I ever imagined? Shouldn't the FBI check him out and his latest GF who patronizes swingers clubs with other real-estate degenerates?

What is your neighborhood like? Do the parents seem to care what their little kids do? I may post the location on here, so other people can come and check out the neighborhood! Then maybe these crazy people will have to watch their kids more often if we get an influx of observers,(lol)

Oh sorry, for some reason it said Baton Rouge, LA under your name. The internet is a weird medium anyway. I remember when Suburban Park had an arsonist. Wasn't it a "mentally challenged" person? I thought that I read that in the paper? This guy has expensive cars parked in the driveway, and nothing was mentioned in the paper about him being "mentally challenged" or "down's syndrome", or anything like that. If he had issues like that, I would probably feel sorry for him! Check some recent, back-issues of the local paper. He lives close to an Elementary school. and a high school. One house in our neighborhood burned completely to the ground a few months back. It looks like a boarded, up crack-house now. Not too many other people seem to care, or are too worried about it.

Truthfully, my name is really Alecia. I never thought that I would be renting so long from this guy! Thats why I started this blog, because I thought that we would be moving out of here eventually. The old ladies that I have been blaming everything on probably don't even know how to use the internet! I really did have my kids tear up their flower beds and destroy parts of their yards! I even had my son sneak into their unlocked cars at night, and move around the mirrors, and steal a dollar here and there. Now, I feel guilty about it, because they really do help out the poorer kids in the neighborhood. I may have had post-partem depression. I hope that everyone can forgive me!

Someone just asked me why my littlest daughter doesn't have any hair. They thought that she should have hair by now. I'm wondering if she contracted Lyme disease , or something? We let her play outside for long periods of time, and she came in all covered with ticks the other day! LOL!
Anyone know anything about Lyme disease?
