York County deed transfers for March 22

Last night around three am, some man was arguing loudly outside for a few hours. At first I thought he was in my backyard, but he must have been in the street, or in his backyard. He may have been arguing with his spouse, or someone on the phone. He sounded drunk. He got in his car and sped off around 5:30 am. Why can't the police do anything about these drunk/ or drug addled parents? At least give them a DUI? How do their kids get up for school the next day with all of that noise? Do they give the kids xanax so they can sleep through all of the commotion?

Someone should go to the elementary school open house and suggest that they start an alcoholics anonymous or alanon program for the grammar school parents! Those poor kids!

That house that you speak of has a bizarre and disturbing history. I'm sure that the landlord never disclosed what when on there in the seventies and eighties. It was before the days of the internet, but some articles must be archived somewhere that you can access. The son of the family was an addict/dealer. He was in a bad car accident and had severe injuries. He basically holed up in the basement after that, and became a virtual prisoner in there with the bars on the windows. He turned over states evidence and turned in the rest of the drug dealers so he would not go to jail. There were several unsuccessful attempts on his life. He ended up passing away in that basement under mysterious cicumstances. He may have taken his own life, no one ever really knew for sure! It's strange that bizarre people live there again!

Well the "new" renters, keep the garage stuffed full of furniture. They sell off things every once in awhile, instead of getting legitimate, jobs, I assume. This has gone on now for over a year. The plates are still out of state on two cars. They sold the third vehicle, or it was reposessed.

I did see some older-looking, seedy type, guys hanging around the house the other day. Hopefully it's not the drug dealers from the past, who think that they can set up shop in the same location just like they used to do before Kerby went psycho!

I found out what happened with the domestic violence episode the other night! It was the brother of the woman who abandoned the kids, who came over to his great grndparents house to have a knock down drag out with his wife. Apparantly they both had been cruising around the neighborhood drunk, and they started brawling, and she pushed him out of a moving car! Now he's going to be living on Bon Bar Rd. with the rest of the trash. I have no idea where his four kids are going? Maybe they'll be accompanying little Bisis to school.

This is what you will have to put up with if you move into this neighborhood. Why do these people even choose to procreate? I may as well live in York City. Perhaps Spring Garden schools need more programs about birth control for the high schoolers. I have also heard many stories relating to incest with this particular procreating clan! It's disturbing.

If you don't want people to know about it, don't have the altercation right outside of my window! Get some help already. It's not normal to behave this way, and to be proud of it!

One of the young fathers in the neighborhood called the police to report a voyeur looking into the house next door, on Sat. night. The poor guy is obviously clueless about the sleazy dynamics that go on all around him and his family. Heres the rub, I know exactly who the voyeur is. He was invited there, to that house. Heres a few hints as to his identity. He's a forty plus yr.old white man, he's married, he's into S&M, and bondage, and he wears chains on his jeans. A real winner, huh!! He works nearby, but doesn't live in the neighborhood. He's obviously a creep, and he has sex with one of the bus moms, or grandmas! Isn't that just a lovely picture?
I feel bad for the neighbor dad who thinks that some random voyeur is stalking the neghborhood! Maybe someone needds to clue him in? I'll try to , if I get the chance!

I went back and reread all of these posts and I think that I know what is at the root of all of these problems. We live in a male dominated culture, and our blue-collar town is just like every other town that is still dominated by a misogynistic perspective! You can't blame any one individual, it seems to be a systemic problem.

What is it about our culture that seems to think that it's still acceptable for middle-aged, white married, men to have a black woman on the side? Does this hark back to any residual attitudes stemming from The "Charlie Robertson era?" Why do certain men think that it's okay to straddle the line between unethical behaviour and down-right anti-social behaviour? Is it because that they are tolerated with nothing more than a wink and nod?

It's a "Men behaving badly kind of vibe, and the women that enable them." You really can't blame the women, because they are brainwashed by the ideaology. How many women do we have in authority positions? I can only think of one or two? They get ridiculed and persecuted all of the time on the news, and are accused of being incompetent.

What happens to the men whose names aren't on the birth certificates of these children? Do they ever get held accountable and have to pay child support?

Why is it that I have to go on the "down-low" to expose the "low-downs"? Why is it acceptable for them to trespass, cheat, bully, etc? I know that you can't legislate morality, but what is going on in the collective psyche of the communities that support this behaviour? Why isn't domestic violence handled better in all communities in the country?

Why do I care so much? I'm educated, and I have access to a lot of resources. What is it like for women who don't have so many options?

Are you sure that the voyeur was really the guy who works at the restaurant? It's strange, but have they ever mentioned on the news whether or not they caught the robber from the outdoor country club area? One of our "players" on this blog lives over there. His tennants are the ones that have attracted the attention of authorities for having out of state, expired plates, and hiding in other neighbors yards and bushes.

The tennants changed one car plate, but not the other one, where the woman has the warrant in another state! I guess they really don't own a house in the carolinas and aren't independently wealthy like the land l claimed!

I wonder what the attraction is here? Can't be employment, or real estate. They aren't renting to own. They only work part-time. Why do they stay?

Why is Kelly Sprenkle and Forrey's Lawn service, cutting down the trees with the wires still dangling from them? They actually made a wire dangle even closer to the ground by hacking away at the tree. Aren't they supposed to wait until the utility company comes and takes a look at it? Now the wire is dangling about four feet above street level. The UPS truck will never get through without getting snagged on it!I called the utility company to report it, they said they would come and check it out. Hopefully they'll be here soon. Why am I one of the few neighbors that notices when this guy keeps doing idiotic things?

That house probably got so much damage by the limbs that battered the roof, and shed, etc. It looked like the worse yard in the neighborhood. The landlord should have been worrying more about his yard , and less about everyone elses. I have pictures of the damage for any prospective buyers, lol!

I volunteer at the school cafeteria, and the little boy said that they gave the dog to the grandparents. Yeah, like I really believe that story! They probably only got it to annoy the neighbors for awhile, and then euthanized it!

They were supposed to consider putting the boy in special ed. Hopefully they will, so that he has a better chance at life. I warned everyone up there about the dad! Hopefully he won't start stalking me now!

The other problem neighbors have some really weird stuff going on. The old patriarch is ill, and his spouse and daughter are fighting over who should get power of attorney! He's been supporting the whole clan on his pension checks. Accept for the gov. money and foodstamps that the kid's grandmother gets. The great- grandma legally has the rights to power of attorney! L has already moved in one married boyfriend, part-time. He's been using her dad's car since his diagnosis. Can you say elder abuse!

You know I really think that, that Derrick guy was really trying to look into our windows last night! I'm really freaked out because I'm a single mom with two teenage daughters! I know that two different people atleast have called into report it! I know that Hailey's dad did. Can you call the landlord's police department? If you tell them the whole story, maybe they will do something?
Is his name really Derrick. Are they an unwed couple with dif last names? Is he really the kids dad? Does he work, if so where?

I have no idea what his real name is, I thought that it was Caleb. I have no idea what relation he is to the kids, or the woman. There is no record of him living at that address, just the woman's name. Did she originally move in with a different guy in the beginning? This guy has long hair, and looks really disheveled. Like his personality is disintigrating, or he has a mental disorder!

The police apparantly can't do anything unless they catch the guy while he is peeping! Of course anyone would run away as soon as they see a police car coming. I've lived in other places where we got togethor a neighborhood watch. It's a shame I don't remember having to deal with anything this weird here. Anyone want to go to target practice with me?

I'm just sickened about all of this Penn State stuff! I think that Pres. Obama said it the best, if you think that something is wrong, don't just hope that someone else will do something about it! Do something yourself.

Now, lets get back to our own little microcosm. I've heard that they are going to make changes about the kids being picked up at the bus stops! Did you know that one of the psycho famililies sends their neice to pick up the kids, who just got out of some type of youth detention facility! Do you think that someone should mention that to the school?

The landlord thinks that just because his child was popular at Suburban, that, that gives him carte blanche to behave in any way that he likes. I've got news for you, the times they are a changin! I think that maybe he should try to maybe extend fences, or financially compensate some of his victims in some way. Not that they need the money, it's just the principal of the thing!

I was under the impression that new people had moved in! Who was that african-american guy that was sitting on the porch everyday while they were gone? Was he the house sitter, or drug dealer? I really hope that the police have enough evidence now to do something about them, already!

Lets talk about animal abuse and neglect, shall we. What is the point of having a dog, and leaving it outside in all types of weather, twenty four seven? Are they that cheap that they can't pay to have the alarm hooked up to the system? Trust me, no one will come, unless it's hooked up to Fire and police. I used to have to find the code, and deactivate it with the previous elderly owner. I'd wait around for law enforcement before I realized that his fat daughters never paid the bill!
What do they have in the yard that is so important that the dog must stay out and guard? Isn't that what drug dealers do with Pit Bulls? The kids constantly torment and torture the dog, when they aren't being screamed at, that is. I guess it's learned behaviour. Wouldn't it be nice if they would take the dog in on the really frigid nights?
The cats are left out too, with no food and shelter, especially when they go away. They're contributing to the stray cat pop. which is already such a problem.
What ever happened to Mayor Brenner? He used to try to work on these types of issues?
Does anyone remember the Kellers, who lived at the end of the road? She worked at Martin library, and gave the Okay to one of those rascist groups from out west to come here and use the library. A coincidence, I think not!

I haven't posted on here since I've started my new blog. I have a little tidbit about a child with an incurable, infectious disease that attends Valley View on that blog. It's amazing what admins will try to keep secret!

The SG newsletter stated some rules that I think that the neighbors are violating. Rules about structures needing to be five feet from the property line. The neighbors erected a wooden structure to store all of the dead squirrels that they kill and trap from our yards. I guess they take them out and cook them for supper eventually, ala Beverly Hill Billies. I wonder how that dead possum ended up in the road? Do they know that possums carry typhus? The little girl already shows characteristics of suffering from "fetal alcohol syndrome" with that squished in face. So sad for her!

A house for sale up the street is rent to own. Wouldn't that make more sense than throwing all of the limited income away on rent? I don't get it?

Kudos to springettesbury for catching a bunch of middle age drug dealers! Even if it took ten years. It seems as if the powers to be like to keep the drug dealers in the neighborhoods, to help boost the local economy. Have you ever met a nice, altruistic drug dealer, these days? Nowadays they really are criminals and thugs. It's not like in the eighties, when rich suburban kids were doing all of the drug deals before heading off to college!

Oh my god, is that woman pregnant again?? Is she nuts! The two kids that she has now turned out horribly. I don't even think that she's married. Her little child doesn't seem to be attending school anymore. Thats really disgusting! She sits around all day and must collect welfare for mental problems. The man doesn't seem to be working full time anymore either.
I read some really horrible things about her on another site. Maybe she's putting the child up for adoption! We can only hope!

I don't think that she's pregnant, I just think that she has gained weight. I think thats why she bought the new Rotweiler, and wears wife beater shirts, and tries to act like a bad ass. She can't play the femme fatale to her bullying man, so she has to be the "tough" girl. You know how twenty something men are, always eyeing the thinner, more attractive women. So she puts the man first, instead of the kids, and tries to be the neighborhood bully to please him. She should join the NAVY instead, atleast her kids would have a permanent roof over their heads. Find a man who you don't have to play a role, to appease! I guess they both thought that since the landlord is a compulsive liar, and an illiterate bully, that they could get away with it. I'm glad that I'm here, because if I weren't they would get away with tormenting the senior citizens, ugh!

I address these issues more thoroughly on my "private" site. I'm also working with different diversity and volunteer orgs.(Guardian Angels)to educate, and to help stamp out crime and ignorance. Remember we can still share screeen names over there, but you need the password!

I actually researched the laws regarding the child with the STD, in public school. The school is doing the legally correct thing by not telling anyone about it! I guess as long as the child doesn't bite anyone, or bleed all over anyone, no one else can get it. That situation is really sad, and unfortunate.

I still wonder what is going on with the child who isn't going to school anymore? Did he get demoted back to kindergarden? Is he being homeschooled? Is he in special ed? It seems tragic to isolate him at home, he seems like a really social child. How is it going to help him to hang around the porch while his mom smokes bongs all day? They care more about the yard, than the child?

They definitely pulled "Damian" out of suburban so they can home school him! Now Damian sits at the bus stop after school and begs the kids to come play with him. Some moms are not too happy about this! What gives "drug" mom the idea that she could be a teacher? Does she have a PHD in redneck, racist, bullying! Does she want to breast feed Damian until he is twelve years old? Is she a member of a devil worshipping cult, and feels that suburban is too moral? Hence the disappearing animals!
Doesn't our district have a truant officer? I know York City does. I'm going to check into it! How can this be allowed to go on? Doesn't she have to folloew any rules?

This is why we need to stick up for pro-choice, and fight against idiots like Rush LImbaugh!

The NYC crack mom is back here again. Her BF got put in jail for a parole violation for 6-12 months! He told her not to come back here while he's in jail or her send someone to harm her kids! She had no place to go in NYC because her landlord threw her stuff out into the street. The scary thing is, is that the kids play in the yard unsupervised for hours. What if the BF, who is an older drug dealer and pimp, really sends someone here to do something to the kids?
I'm wondering if some of the other neighbors wonder why she isn't usually here with her kids? The family is pretty open about what she is into. Do they ever ask about her? Aren't they worried about letting their kids wander around with her daughter? They can't be that oblivious, or they just don't care.
