Interesting that she was chosen to take a drug test at her OWN expense. I would think that the employer is opening themselves up for a bit of a lawsuit.
If the plaintiff has a good attourney...I see dollar signs.

More 4th amendment violations by law enforcement thugs. The government has no place in the doctor patient relationship. Pretty soon people that actually need pain medications will be forced to suffer because of asshattery like this!
