Hi! Uhm im 21 years old and im thinking of taking up taekwondo, is it hard for me at this stage? Or will it still be alright if i go on?

You could totally do it! There's a 30 something year old in my class and he's really good! I spared against him, and we both tied.(I'm a blue belt, he's a white belt) In forums he ranks with with the yellow belts!
