Israel's wideranging assault on Lebanon has been planned for years, and a specific plan has been in the works for over a year. The "Three Week War" was shown to Washington think tanks and officials last year on powerpoint by a senior Israeli army officer:
"More than a year ago, a senior Israeli army officer began giving PowerPoint presentations, on an off-the-record basis, to U.S. and other diplomats, journalists and think tanks, setting out the plan for the current operation in revealing detail."
The Israelis tend to launch their wars of choice in the summer, in part because they know that European and American universities will be the primary nodes of popular opposition, and the universities are out in the summer. This war has nothing to do with captured Israeli soldiers. It is a long-planned war to increase Israel's ascendency over Hizbullah.

U.N. resolution 1559 clearly states the disbandment of all militia in Lebanon as Israel cleared out 6 years ago. It was Lebanon's responsibility to insure this would happen. Unfortunately this did not take place simply because of Hizbolah's stronghold in this beautiful country's parliment, and thanks to Syria and Iran this all happened as planned. Since then these extremists have positioned themselves against Israel, and the most insane thing about this is that Hizbollah is NOT a state. Do we all remember this??? It is simply a militia group in the name of Allah preying on the poor and uneducated class of the Lebanese using the famous "carrot and stick" technique to win their support, not to mention positioning themselves amoung residential areas with women and children and using them as human shields. Now,in terms of this brilliant conspiracy theory...how long did it take you to dream this one up????? You appear to possess such privy information that only Unites States C.I.A. and Israel Mossad would have....are you blowing your cover????? Isrealis are the real terrorists in this world, they target at civilians , UN posts and Red Cross vehicles and soon after call it a "mistake" and the US support and supply them with all the weapons they need. When ther US supply arms to Isreal its cosidered to be ok but when Iran and Syria supply Hizbollah with weapons its called supporting terrorism. Doesn't the Torah say you shall not found a state until <something> happens? I'm not sure what it was. Maybe like when the Messiahs is coming or something like that. I'm pretty sure about that but don't have to time look it up.

according to torah, we jews are still in exile from Israel. thats because the messiah hasn't come yet. the torah doesn't prohibit us jews from living there, but it says that until the messiah comes and we can rebuild the third temple, we are still living in exile (meaning peace is not upon us, and that all the jews of the world are not yet in Israel).
i myself don't know the exact words, but thats the basic meaning of it. besides, we need a country of our own to protect us until the "messiah" comes......
