Equal access to justice is a hot topic in today’s
society due to the current economic situation in the US. To help me in my research as a Law student, I am trying to gather opinions of others on this topic. Any opinions are greatly appreciated!

1) What do you think ‘Equal access
to justice’ means?

2) Do you believe everything is being done to assist those individuals who need these services?

3) How do you think we could make these needs more accessable to those who are seeking assistance?

Thank You!!!

Part 1
1 Corinthians 6:1-3 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

A good question would be "Who are the Saints?"

Romans 12:19-21 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Luke 17:20,21 ...The Kingdom of God cometh (((not with observation))): Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the Kingdom of God is within YOU.

Psalm 34:21 (((Evil shall slay the Wicked))): and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

Acts 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth NOT IN TEMPLES made with hands;

1 Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that (((ye are the Temple of God))), and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in YOU?

Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but NOW commandeth (((all men every where))) to REPENT:

Part 2

The Message to all Churches, Religions,
Denominations, Tribes, Kingdoms, and Nations

The Almighty God's "Will" for Mankind is for All Mankind to come into one accord with “Love” one for another without Partiality and without Hypocrisy. God is Love and Love is the fulfilling of His Law. In His Kingdom there will be no Wars, for everyone that makes it to the Kingdom of Heaven will have repented from the ways of this world and loved one another as they loved themselves. Men will not covet or lust after anything, even their own lives, in His Kingdom; for this is what will soon destroy this world, the kingdom of Satan. Check yourself continually to see if you are truly in the faith.

Written Two Thousand Years Ago
John 14:29-31 And NOW I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for THE PRINCE OF THIS WORLD COMETH, and hath NOTHING IN ME. But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence. John 3:19; Mathew 24:4,5

1 John 2:18 Little children,((it is the last time)): and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even NOW are there MANY antichrists; whereby we know that ((it is the last time.))

Psalm 34:21 Evil shall slay the Wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

Acts 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth,(((dwelleth NOT IN TEMPLES made with hands;))) Acts 14:16; 17:30; John 2:19; John 8:44; Hebrews 13:10; 8:7; John 3:19; 2 Thessalonians 2:3,7-12; Mathew 24:4,5,6,7,8; Luke 17:22-24,20,21; 1 John 3:2,3; Galatians 5:13,14-26

Mathew 25:6 And at MIDNIGHT there was a cry made, Behold, the BRIDEGROOM COMETH; go ye (((OUT))) to meet him. Mathew 13:17; 1 Corinthians 3:16; Mathew 18:20; Psalm 91:1

Mathew 13:24-(((30))),37-43
The Kingdom of Heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let BOTH grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and BIND THEM IN BUNDLES to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Knowledge without Love to Govern it will only become a bomb. Love has everything to do with everything. God is Love. By the name you go by I would assume that you would have known that.

Proverbs 21:16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.

Psalm 34:21 Evil shall slay the Wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

Revelation 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

If you want a world free of Crime set it loose and Crime will destroy itself, or rather teach men to Love one another as Christ taught and urge men to turn from destruction. Everyone dies once many will take part in the second death because they refused to listen and act on what they have learned.

I spoke of Life and Death. It's the choice we all have. No offence intended in my posts just answering the big questions few want to here.

1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in (((their own craftiness))).

No dude, the question asked was about access to equal justice in a court of law. There was absolutely no question regarding religion. You just jumped on the platform and started preaching. Not appreciated, because it killed the poster's survey. I'm not knocking your right to put your opinion out there, just use a little common sense as to when it's appropriate.

8. Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification.

Last but not least....

Look everyone knows going into a courtroom the odds are stacked against you so that is equal if thats what you mean. If you need a lawyer and can't afford one you can for a fee be appointed some dumb shit right out of law school who don't want to step on the Goverments toes how awesome for them to get a little pratice on whats expected of them (unwritten of coarse) so they can move on and charge outragious prices and you still don't usally walk away scot free even if you don't feel you have done anything wrong ots so called in your best ito plea to something. Now to the third question we need a civil liberties type of lawers to represnt the poor or those in need with the same kind of go get them (The Gov)mentialy. But thats just my feelings about that.

You do know you have the option to represent yourself if the "dumb shit right out of law school" doesn't know more about the law than you. Just a suggestion!

God Hates Religion

Acts 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth NOT IN TEMPLES made with hands;

Acts 14:16 Who in times past suffered ALL NATIONS to walk in THEIR OWN WAYS.

Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but NOW commandeth ALL MEN EVERY WHERE where to repent:

Luke 11:21-23 When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.
He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

God is the Law my friend and the Truth shall set you free.

How about these Quotes: Bare in Mind this Scripture.
Psalm 34:21 (((Evil shall slay the Wicked))): and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.

Quote #1
Satanists are particulary disgusted by the extraordinary level of criminal activity which abounds today and thus advocate a return to the Roman “Lex Talionis” let the punishment fit in kind and degree the crime.

#2
It should come as no surprise that many Satanists are part of law enforcement agencies, and a large number of people throughout this and other criminal justice systems who fully agree with Satanic philosophy on this point.

#3
We are moving the world towards a state wherein the freeloaders will either work or starve, and the parasites will be removed to wither and die. So, you need only fear real Satanism if you are a criminal, a parasite, or a wastrel. Are you afraid?

#1 equal acces means everyone should have the right to the same as everyone else regardless of means to pay, intelligence level and so forth. Realty is just dosent happe that way. A person with financial means can hire the best attorneys, best resources, and can manueveur a leaga procedding like David Copperfield can a card trick.
#2 no. There is not enough money in the system and lets face it the system is not needed if people are not going to prison. So the govt will put on a show of helping but they give u the newbes, the underfunded lawyers to do what they do.
#3 Cash, Cash, and more cash. Make the Public attorneys office an attractive place for lawers to work and make some real money, and give then the resources they bneed to do the job. Wont happen though because we will probally need another consultant brought in on what color to paint the bridge. and the money has to go to imporntant things like that bulsh*t.
Your thought about repersenting yourself is a fine one in thought only
Im a college graduate and i could not get arounf the court system to repersent myself in a case with any teeth. They know what they are doing.

Survival of the fittest dude... or should I say the richest.
I would only hope that those with the money made it with their talents, brains and hard work ethic.
Why should we judge their ability to buy a good lawyer? They earned that right. Same goes for the lawyer that is smart enough to be hired by a rich person to represent.
That is my opinion. I hope that I am fortunate enough and continue to make wise choices to where I never have to worry about hiring a lawyer. That is my talent.

Why do you judge those who have to hire a lawyer? Not everyone who has to hire a lawyer has done something wrong. People die everyday you know. So, even "perfect" people like yourself find themselves in the works with a lawyer from time to time. Very few can escape probate.

I'm not judging those who have to hire a lawyer. The other poster suggested that it is not fair that some people can afford to hire the best lawyer in town and get the best chance to win their case and those that have to take one that is "provided" for them usually don't get a fair trial.
I'm just saying that we shouldn't judge those who can do better than what the court can supply and it should not be made equal in order to make it "fair" for all.
It is what it is.
By the way I never suggested that I was perfect. I only hoped that I could be "fortunate" enough to never be put in that situation and continue to make the choices that provide that luxury. Is that so bad?
