ER resident charged after police say he opened fire on vehicle, shooting at witnesses
A University of Louisville emergency room resident is charged with five counts of wanton endangerment.

I know Matt too and if you notice in the picture he has a mark on his forehead, so looks as if someone hit him. Most likely a attempted robbery or car jacking. I seriously doubt he would just shoot at someone for no reason, not after what we see in the emergency room.
