Heard today that he got yet another DUI and yet again had his license taken away. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about him or his record and could confirm. Too early to show up on the sites I searched although I did see a pretrial conference is scheduled. I'm sure he'll manage to get out of this one too but here's hoping he'll be held accountable for his actions at least once.

you know it paints a pretty sad picture of our justice system (and I'm not even going to start about the children involved in these type situations) that it could possibly be a DUI that he has to do time for...when the drug and abuse charges and whatever else is on his record didn't do it...it's just not fair.
