hahahah no wonder Chicago is such an obese city. Why not try giving away free chicken salads? There was a report printed here in the Trib some months ago about 40% of children in Chicago were obese and a great portion of them are black and hispanics. Parents bring home fast food everyday and then they complain their children are fat. Im gonna work out extra hard at Equinox cuz thinking about McDonalds gives me a fat head LOL haha!!

I do not eat at McDonalds, however I am wondering about their new menu items. Sweet Tea, "southern" style chicken and biscuits. You would think their headquarters were in Memphis, not Oak Brook, IL.
McD's knows that us rednecks will buy any crap as long as it is cheap!

The last 'boneless' chicken sandwich I had at McDonalds had several chunks of bone (no extra charge). When I complained about it, they handed me a 4th generation photocopy of a disclaimer that said the sandwich 'might contain bones.'

If anyone is really dumb enough to fall for this promotion, take your parents' advice and chew your food carefully, and eat only with others who know the Heimlich maneuver.

Not to bash you, but it seems like a lot of your posts are, "I'm skinnier than you so I'm better than you." I'm certainly not saying fast food is health food, but you do seem awfully big-headed about stuff like this...

McDonald's going out of business would be .... so freaking great. take taco smell and all the others too. everyone should see supersize me, and other footage of how mass-produced chickens & beef are kept. google "how chickens are kept abuse" for example.

So Midevil -- what you are trying to say is "don't abuse your chicken"?

Hey, come to Newport News, VA. There was a line of people way long to get some new Hardee's cheeseburgers. I can only imagine the line for a McDonald's chicken sandwich. But it will be long.

yes, I'm sure Wendy's has far higher quality meat.
No Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwich anywhere, anytime! It's the only freshly handbreaded chicken sandwich made.

I thought the southern style chicken sandwich was really good. I liked that it was real chicken, not pressed and shaped like the nuggets. I had 1 from Newport News and 1 from Hampton- both were tasty. It was similar to a chic-fil-a sandwich, but without the soggy bun.

I shall hold back my judgment on their chicken until after I tried them......it all depends on the individual store and how often they change the oil that they fry the chicken.
