Chili's Opens in Terre Haute

Piss on this, GO TO RURAL KING, the have FREE POPCORN! NO WAITING!!!!

ive had the same waitress both times i have been in and she is fantastic. they should let her run the place from what i hear from all of you. i have no complaints and i am a very picky person when it comes to service.

We have been there twice now and I finally figured out why its so dang noisy in there. There is no padding in the ceiling to insulate the noise. It was like booming voices everywhere.
But to make matters worse, we walked past the kitchen to the restroom...which is right next to each other...gross..but we stopped and stared in the kitchen...OMG!!! There was trash and puddles of colored liquid all over the floor and counters. The workers were just walking thru it...we will NEVER go back!
Also our table was dirty and we had to ask for new plates because there was crusted food on the

My wife and I were so excited when we heard there was a chilis coming to Terre Haute. We went there once and thats all we needed to know that we will never go back. The service was AWFUL, I mean ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have traveled all over the united states and have NEVER had service as bad as what we had at chilis in Terre Haute.

First of the the restaurant is new, but everything in there was sticky...the floor, the tables,the chairs...even the silverware was nasty. Then our waitress came over after 10mins. She never smiled, took our drink order, brought our drinks (without straws) she said she would get us straws...never did. My wife went and took them from the waitress stand.

Our appetizer came out...nice and cold. And the plates they brought out with them had food stuck to the bottom of them. So needless to say we didn't use them.

Our food finally came (someone who wasn't our waitress brought it out), it was awful. I tried to get the manager over but he was too busy being bitched at by the other patrons of the place.

Then we saw our waitress (hadn't seen her since she had went to get our straws 30mins ago) who brings us our check before we had even taken 2 bites of our food.

I would suggest to anyone who thinks about going to chilis to either turn around or drive past (depending on direction you are going) and go to Cheeseburger in paradise.

Rather than go out, have a lousy meal, spend money that you will never get back, and complain about the experience...stay home and cook.
