The other day, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a law equating beer with alcoholic beverages, a move that restricts its advertisement and limits its sale and distribution.

Another brillant non-solution to a serious problem. The Russians have booze genes that makes them think they are invincible, until they die at an early age. Liquid courage, self-decieving, and always in denial.
