Perhaps the time IS coming for someone to stand up for ALL of the people and do what is right for the township........

It WON'T be long......

Two things to think about...
1."Get a clue" doesn't have a clue what has happened. If he or she did, they would surely not have posted the comments they did. When the State Police serve search warrants on your office, home, and bank, it isn't because they have nothing better to do.
2. Greg Maust, the angry dwarf, has got to be the most clueless, pathetic, spineless little midget, who is over paid and underqualified to be in a position of running a first class township. Although, when you compare him to four of the five stooges he answers to, you almost feel sorry for him. Wake up Spring Garden, it's time for a change!

The manager and police chief are top notch in Spring Garden Twp. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the chief and the police force. They are excellent.
You must be kidding right?!? How much overtime is doled out for this police department with no results? How many people can they arrest for a homocide and still not have the case solved? This case alone has cost tax payers how much money and they're no closer to solving it than they were the night it happened!

Taxes should be collected by the municipal offices, which have numerous checks and balances, and the public records laws to ensure everything is done accurately. The biggest form of embezzelment in local government is tax collection. People by law, can still collect tax money in a shoebox in their garage. It is time the state boys change the law and put the type of restrictions on tax collections they put on everything else.

It's hard to solve a crime when 100 people "didn't see anything". The police do a great job for the residents of the township. And that's a fact.

Then why were so many people arrested and then had the charges dismissed by Dj's and judges. THAT, my friend, is a fact! Should they just keep arresting people until they get someone to say they did it? They in fact did not do a good job and again I ask how much time was paid out in overtime because our two detectives were too afraid or lazy to do any of the foot work without the other one there to hold their hand? We do have some good officers in this dept. but it's managed by a clown with an ego and it's staffed by more than it's share of cowards that seldom leave the station. Again, THAT is fact!

Well well well another tax collector going to the side of the thiefs. When are the townships going to get smart and use the locked-box system. Of course the collectors don't want that, then they wouldn't have access to all the money you hard working residents use to pay your school taxes. Maybe the collectors should be taught a lesson, then we would have less of this stealin. Sometimes when you have a gambling problem, they will resort to anywhere the funds are available. Shame on the township so called leaders for not keeping an eye on the so-called loyal employees...what a joke

Spring Garden Township tax collector a thief!!!! you have to be kidding me. Where else would she get the money to live like the wealthy...well at least try anyway. The magical question is how much did she steal? And why is the township trying to keep it so hush hush. Eventually it will surface and the township officers will look like fools. So come on Spring garden Township MAN-UP and do what you know needs to be done to the ex-tax collector, I hope you fired her, she has not been fullfilling her duties. Just filling her pocket.

The tax collector is not an "employee" of the township. It's an elected position. The voters put her in office, not the township manager or commissioners.

However, there should be someone keeping track of the funds other then the tax collector elected by the public. Greed is an awlful thing. With that kind of money in her hands, temptation outweighs loyalty to the public. Especially when nobody is keeping track of the funds, until they get audited.

The department is managed by a clown. The detectives are lazy and scared. The officers are cowards. I hope the FOP president stands up for these fine officers.

Everything will come out in the end. Tax collector stealing money and the people trying to cover it up. They better be careful and keep in mind they are elected so next election they may not be so lucky and be voted back into office.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Cancer

You could struggle to display your feelings and emotions at the moment. Being so sensitive, the smallest things could hurt your feelings, but no one else is likely to realise since you retreat into your shell at these times. This will not be a conscious decision, and you'll feel frustrated at your inability to explain the hurt you suffer.
