Reminder for all Adoptees.......

You can sign up with the NY state registry. Even if you are a minor your parents can request information on your behalf.

BirthParents can always update medical information. It gets put into a file. So when the adoptee or parents of the child request it, it can be obtained.

Adult adoptees can sign up with the NY state Registry to get non identifying information. Also to be reunited. You can be reunited with siblings as well.

So adoptees and Birth Parents should sign up on isrr.org and
