Trans fat ban made fast food healthier

New York City now has hard evidence that its ban on trans fat in restaurant food made a meaningful dent in people's consumption of the artery clogger and wasn't just replaced with another bad fat.

well duh! If you take the transfats, chemicals etc out, of course it will be healthy!! but ,,it wont be fast food, eventually it will be moms home cooking... you cant have it both ways..

Personally, I think it's up to the individual what he puts in his mouth. Even home cooked food can be unhealthy.
And who's to say what other problems might pop up when they replace one filler/fat/product with another.
Gee whiz! It's enough to make your head spin.

if i was worrying about my diet, then i simply wouldnt go there.
