You are being logical. Hezbollah will go for the world wide publicity to make Israel look like its out of control and on the offense. Hezbollah is a cancer which must be extracted at the source. It's not Israel's job to do it.

Its not comprehensive as I see a few missing, however the ones there are internationally recognized as such by Interpol, law enforcement and intelligence agencies around the world. You'll note , or likely not, that many are not Islamic however, overwhelmingly they are and for good reason.
