I think "the sewage issue" is just another diversionary tactic being used by revolutionary Council to divert the attention of the minority of Long Beachers who pay taxes away from more important issues. For example, the revolutionaries "recycle" sewage water to be used to water lawns and taxpayer funded city parks where barefoot children and unleashed dogs play.

This sewage water includes urine collected from intravenous drug using taxpayer supported AIDS infected Thug people, and others. Revolutionary Council does not impose such revolutionary measures and then stop. Far from it. Revolutionary Council then "progresses" to the next step. We can hear their cries now, demanding "reclaimed" sewage be used as drinking water.

Many of the trendy people who are drawn to the taxpayer subsidized Belmont pier, as well as the surrounding taxpayer maintained beach, like nothing better than to be seen by their wealthy friends carrying disease spreading reusable grocery and goods bags. They use those bags to carry purchases of overpriced groceries and shoddy consumer goods to their exclusive homes. In all likelihood, most of them revel in support for imposing unconscionable taxes on ordinary worker *("middle")* class folks who partake in the simple pleasure of enjoying an occasional cigarette or cigar.

Revolutionary Council promotes imposing heavy taxes on ordinary folks by arguing those taxes save $Millions of hard earned taxpayer money that was previously used to clean up the beach. Combine the $Millions of taxpayer money that was expended prior to revolutionary Council imposing its grocery and goods bag Lowenthal harassment taxes, and one can see that the city has plenty taxpayer money to deal with occasional sewage spills without expending hard earned taxpayer money to further burden our expensive taxpayer funded Government court system.
