Preserve the freedom to sexally abuse children and enable those abusers to be secretly relocated to abuse more?

The sex workers in Atlanta are having a field day. Better than the Republican Convention even. (For the male sex workers in both cases, obviously. Sorry ladies.)

Queers and their minions of anti-religion propagandists will continue to push this falsehood about the Church and child abuse, when the reality was queers invading and taking over Catholic seminaries to place their predators into position to molest young men predominantly, not children. They did this to discredit the Church and widen their access to focused predation and spread of their deviance. What deviants and malcontents on Topix will do to continue that distortion and assault on morality in America is disturbing.

What deviants and malcontents on Topix will do to continue that distortion and assault on morality in America is disturbing. They either are void of intellectual honesty, which would lead them to the unreflected fact that public school employees were TEN times more likely to abuse children than members of the clergy, or they're too stupid to comprehend facts. When can we expect the Secretary of Education to apologize for all the abuse of children? It's just another demonstration of the pathetic lack of cognitive skills on the part of the left.

Second, if by minions you mean the entire RCC hierarchy which covered the mess up for decades then there's a partial truth, at least. There was no similar, organized, lawyer and hierarchy led coverup in public schools. Third, lots of denominations have openly glbt clergy with nothing like the RCC's scandal. That's because it was about abuse of power, not sexual orientation, and sexually sick, misogynistic, authoritarian institutions will tend to attract and nurture abuses of power, be they sexual in nature or otherwise.

Shouldn't they be gathering to preserve the innocence of all the little children they allowed to be abused by their priests instead? The Catholic Church leaders of today are completely misguided.

School districts, board members and superintendents routinely moved around molesters and the teachers unisons provided support. Many offenders were allowed to return to their positions in the same location after receiving treatment. It was rampant until the 90's when mandatory reporting laws began, but continues today. LASD was the target of much criticism after it came to light a serial offender was retained despite previous incidents. That was 2011. Now let's talk about abuse of power, and maybe the abuse of public trust while we're at it.

The sickness of lying is pandemic to homosexuals on Topix. You can not find one instance of racism posted by this poster; I challenge your dishonest self to find a single one. Such false allegations are the same as your unstable insistence to lying about the other things you started here... covering up the decades long assaults by your fellow deviants to mislead more young people.

There are homosexuals in every segment of society. This meeting is not about homosexuals. It is about Democrats trying to violate the Catholic Church's 1ST Amendment rights. I don't understand why the Democrats do what they have done, but they have turned the Jews, and Catholics, the young, and the middle class away this time, and that doesn't leave a huge base. Instead of meeting the Republicans half way, compromising on social things they have angered everyone. I think they want to lose.

Dear mentally ill homophobic bigot: The only reason you can deny being a racist is that you think the race baiting which passes for politics amongst Tea Baggers is not racism. Anyone can search on the internet for topix posts. Laced with racist lies about Martin, completely counter factual: "Being attacked is not a crime. The thug trying to get into Zimmerman's truck would have been enough reason to shoot him; that may have been what the perp was trying to do... another carjack by a Black, dope peddling, gang member wannabe." "There is no more virulent racism in this nation, than that coming from some Blacks, who claim allegiance to Law only when it suits them." Thou _shalt_ bear false witness....

You don't understand that the First Amendment is what expressly forbids the RCC, or any religion, from imposing its religious dogmas upon secular or secularly funded institutions, such as public hospitals or public universities. The secular employees - even the Catholic employees who don't toe the absurd, Roman line on sexual mores - want birth control covered. It is a rational thing to have covered, conferring many benefits upon society at large. These employees pay for their health coverage via their taxes and their labor and their insurance premiums. Even so, the insurance companies agreed to cover the birth control costs as an accommodation to the RCC misogynists in dresses. That wasn't good enough. As for how RCC house of worship of hate employees get treated - there religions get much more leeway, if not total exemption from basic labor laws. You stupid, ignorant, lying, religious freeek bigot.

And you don't understand the Government cannot force a religious institution to bend to it's will. It is really a mute point since soon the Supreme Court will rule the whole thing unconstitutional. That will be Obama's legacy.
