Hmm, a little obvious isn't it? If you play when you are on the job you need to pay. He may have started out with a bang but he fizzled into a guy who got off on his own power. Now he's sucking Detroit dry and needs to move on.. as a gift to his beloved Detroit.

I think that the FOIA trumps city policy. I doubt very much that this one will fly in court.

What an idiot. I agree, Taz - that will NEVER fly in court. Can you imagine? That's pretty much saying as long as you're working for the city, you can [literally] get away with murder!

Ok so Kwame has reversed his policy about text messages on City (aka Tax Payers) owned pagers. Now that he has been caught is he still trying to cover it up?

Could be, but he's just making himself look more guiklty. If the time it's taking the prosecutor is any indication, he should get nailed pretty solid.

The problem is that it will just now cost more taxpayer money to get at those records. Just when you think Kwame has reached a new low he comes up with something even lower. He needs a good knock on the head (preferably on a iron bar in prison) to remind who owns his computer, the software and the network that the city operates on... The Taxpayers of the City and State.

nothing like changing policy to cover your tracks in the future when you feel like flirting with the secretary

I'm pretty sure that the City Council won't even let this one get as far as FOIA or other State or Federal policies. It's fine for KK to make a new rule, but he reports to the City Council and they report to the taxpayers.

He must have a new woman in the wings!

Merciful heaven. All I could think of when I saw the article about KK's new ruling: remember when you were a young child and would go to a friends house and played a board game?....well, all of a sudden the 'friend' changed the rules that everyone played by 'cause it was HIS HOUSE!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA......KK is that same spoiled brat.
Wants things HIS way - oh yes, he also had all
rights to the 'Get Out Of Jail Free' Card!!1

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHa.....he can all the trantrums he wants when he's behind bars WITHOUT A PENSION!!!

I hope you morons learn your lesson about electing Demorats. Republicans aren't perfect, but Demorats think they're above the (many) laws (that they implement to reduce your liberty)!
