The problem is that it will just now cost more taxpayer money to get at those records. Just when you think Kwame has reached a new low he comes up with something even lower. I'm pretty sure that the City Council won't even let this one get as far as FOIA or other State or Federal policies. It's fine for KK to make a new rule, but he reports to the City Council and they report to the taxpayers.
