Having three separate and equal branches of government probably seems terribly inefficient and wasteful to him.

The president is the chief executive of the federal government, he is in charge of the executive branch of federal government and that includes the all the law enforcement agencies, the purpose of the executive branch of government is to EXECUTE the laws it is authorized to enforce. So, the joker had it right, the President has jurisdiction over federal police.

Professor Obama ? Now that is interesting even for the American Thinker to give him such a title. He was a paid lecturer, nothing more, nothing less. Guess Harvard gave him the honorary title than paying him the high salary that they actually bestow upon a REAL PROFESSOR. In Obama's simpleton mind he probably was satisfied with the title rather than the big bucks.
