You're comparing apples to oranges son.
It wasn't civil, it was criminal.
I asked what would happen if they fled to Canada and that government wouldn't extradite. Would they then become fair game for our government to sanctioned assassination.

When the Peoples Temple expanded its operations into the Bay Area in the 1970s, its staff concentrated on advertising the Temple's bus caravans to attract new converts, including handing out free trinkets.[3] While in 1972, the Temple was still calling its Redwood Valley facility the "mother church" of a statewide movement, moving the seat of power to an urban area seemed a strategic necessity.[4] It had held services in San Francisco and Los Angeles since 1970.[5]

Building on Geary Blvd after 1906 earthquakeIn 1971, the Temple established a permanent facility in an old San Francisco building that used to be the Albert Pike Memorial Scottish Rite temple on 1859 Geary Boulevard[6] in San Francisco's Western Addition, and followed in 1972 with a facility in Los Angeles.[4] The Temple purchased the Geary Boulevard building for $122,500 in 1972.[7] The San Francisco building was damaged in the 1989 earthquake and has since been demolished and the location turned into a post office.[8] While the Los Angeles branch started with a larger mostly African-American membership, the Temple later enticed hundreds of devoted Los Angeles members to move north to San Francisco to attend that facility.[4]

We've embraced George Zimmerman because he looks white, beats women, lies to the court, begs for money (we looove money-We're Americans),and has an ugly wife that's probably psychopathic and would thrash him within inches of his life. We can empathize with George Zimmerman.
George Zimmerman has done something that we can only dream about doing.
My words are the white elephant in the room.

That's the truth.
Actually a white donkey since Zimmerman is a registered Democrat.

Jim Jones was a darling of the left and his will, as well as his wife's will, listed the Communist Party,USA as beneficiary if his/her children did not outlive them.

Please exclude me from that "we". I do not want to be associated with the racist haters on Topix.

I pray they are just the rude, vocal, vile minority. I do not wish to be associated with them in any way. Most certainly not a collective "we".

In every state a person signing their driver's license is giving implied consent to field sobriety tests.
LIAR, implied consent refers to the evidentiary test at the police station, not field sobriety test or the non-evidentiary portable breath test. Nice try, though.

In Florida withdrawing this consent and refusing such a test results in a suspension of driving privileges for a period of one year for the first offense.
According to Falk & Ross, DUI defense attorneys in the state of Floridia, you're talking lies through your stinking teeth again, LOL!

I Have Been Pulled Over For a Florida DUI. Am I Required To Take A Breathalyzer Test?

If you find that you have been pulled over for a Florida DUI, then NO, you are not required by law to take a breathalyzer test. In fact, you can refuse any roadside tests that an officer asks you to perform. But make sure that you do so politely and respectfully, because if you act belligerently, an officer can also charge you with resisting arrest.

None of what you posted after this sentence really matters. A person is well within their rights to refuse field sobriety tests and the non-evidentiary portable breath test. In fact, that's how I beat my DUI accusation without ever stepping a foot into a court room.

Anyone who voluntarily gives police culpatory evidence, when the law specificallys states that a person does not have to do this, is an idiot.

It's civil in that it's on US soil. The crime itself was criminal.

A single criminal running to Canada... I would expect them to turn the individual over in such a civil matter. Bundy and Gacy were NOT international issues.

You still gonna have you license suspended for a year if you refuse the test at the station.
So what's you point?
Why refuse the field test if you gonna have to take one a few minutes later at the station?
What's the matter?
You got bad breath?
Stop chewing you fingernails.
Be careful of breath sprays!
Some may contain alcohol!
And a couple of tips for you consideration.
Always treat the police officer with respect!
It just might keep you a$$ out of the sling!
And always pick you nose when the officer walk up to you vehicle!
You gotta sign the ticket with his pen!
lol! If that's the case, you should refuse breathalyzer tests daily son!

Not true. As usual you are wrong. You need to go to rehab and dry out then come and talk.

I posted the the actual Florida statute showing the amount of time a driver's license is suspended upon refusal of a roadside sobriety test but I guess your head is so far up your ass you couldn't understand it.

So I never gotta worry about a DUI!
I know how much I can drink and stay under the limit.
Better yet.
I know how to drive under the most extreme conditions.
Always check all you lights if you gonna drink and drive.
It just might keep you out of lock up.
Might also prevent a big sausage from going up you butt!

"Browning, who is a security guard, told deputies that while driving on East Lake Rd. he became concerned about Brandon Baker's driving actions. Browning says he followed Baker onto Boot Ranch Road and then onto Seagull Drive in an effort to obtain his tag information. The third car, the BMW which was driven by Brandon's brother Christopher Baker, followed the other two vehicles."

"That is the American way," Perry said.

According to the law, often referred to as the Texas DREAM Act, students who have lived in Texas for at least three years and have graduated from high school or obtained a GED certificate are qualified to pay in-state tuition in Texas universities.

Trayvon Martin was not from a lower class black family. His mother held a very good job with the Housing Authority & earned $75,000 a yr. His father did well, financiall,y as a truck driver. Trayvon's brother was a college student. Trayvon, also, had plans to attend college.
Then why was he raised to be a racist, gangbanger wanna be and thief? Martin was a proven racist and a thief.

Maybe he listened to too much rap music.

Sorry Westerner, in my opinion, Zimmerman became guilty the second he profiled Martin and decided to take the law into his own hands because 'they' always get away.
I get fed up with the cops in our area sitting on their hands, and not getting the criminals off the street too. My father was recently a victim of B&E and arson. After the 911 call for the break in went out (from a neighbor), the thief was able to return several times to load up his pickup. Three hours after the initial 911 call, the neighbor called back and said never mind, better send the fire dept, they just torched the place. It did cross my mind, but I'm not going to set up camp there and shoot the first, second, third, fourth, fifth... suspicious person I see. I may stay there with 911 on speed dial, a shoot in the dark camera, and my hubby to protect me (in case I'm seen). But anything beyond that is what LE is for. Over a month and still no arrest. It sucks to deal with it, but all we can do now is hope the little fuc*ers choke on the food they cleared out of the pantry and their pillhead friends know how to call 911, but not keep their mouths shut about where $200 worth of canned goods came from.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Sagittarius

Don't be surprised if a member of the family is unpredictable or does things on the spur of the moment today. There's nothing to worry about because they won't do anything too alarming or disruptive. In fact, their actions will be like a breath of fresh air and they may even help you to escape from a current rut. So don't hesitate to be that little bit different yourself, either.
