I just now heard about this case within the past 24 hours, and after reading literally hundreds of web posts and web sites about this case, I have to agree with the Indiana Supreme Court of Appeals that he is innocent. I dunno any of the people involved, like I said, just found out about this case today; but there is something fishy going on.
Seriously, it sounds to me like Mr. Camm PO'd someone with lots of pull for this miscarriage of justice to happen again and again and again. How many times are they going to try this man, then have the verdict overturned due to BS by the State?!
And why is it, if you are initally found guilty you can not be re-tried for the same crime, but if your conviction is overturned by a higher court, then they can drag you around over and over again, till they get tired of it?!
cause it was rigged ny Sam Lockhart, camm's wealthy uncle who is also best friens with Boneys lawyer, the governor and the ag. Dude is guilty. Maybe u just need to stay out of it when u don't know anything except what the cammms and lockhqrts Wang ya to know. A few of us on here want Justice for Kim, Brad, and Jill. If they had of ever been serious they would have offered a reward from day 1. Don't be misled by this bunch of crooks.

Yes, I know that. Which essentially means that if they overturned a guilty ruling then he is NOT GUILTY, this is not hard to understand.
<quoted text>
How is trying to find a place free from prejudice considered "judge shopping"? ANY lawyer worth their weight would have done the same thing, and IMO it would be a travisty of justice of a defense atty didn't!
I'm sure there wouldn't have been a 3rd trial if the bogus molestation wasn't presented since some of the jurors found him guilty for hearing that alone (that's a fact!).
<quoted text>
Bogus molestation SHOULDN'T be brought up, since it is just that BOGUS. There was NEVER any mention of molestation, just trauma in that area. No DNA found, no hymen damage, NOTHING to give anyone a reason to suspect sexual abuse. I know for a fact that trauma like this can and does occur from a variety of different way, that have NOTHING to do with sexual abuse. So does ANY Dr. or nurse.
<quoted text>
Oh so NOW he's a druggie? And a "powerful" behind-the-scenes "overlord" controlling things from behind bars? Seriously, do you know how ignorant that sounds? Methinks someone watches too much Law & Order...
No offense, but the real killer IMO is already been convicted and denied appeals (Boney), and the actual REAL evidence proving his guilt is staggering which is why he's where he deserves to be.(Actually, I think he should be fried, but that's just me.) What about those 11 people that swear that he was playing ball, and one of them a church elder? What about the fact that if you know ANYTHING about blood, when shooting, you will have MUCH more than 7 or 8 tiny drops on you; you will litterally be COVERED in splatter. Hell, I have seen that first hand in deer hunting. I have had more blood get on me from turkey hunting with a bow than he had one him from supposedly shooting his family of three from about 4 feet away.
So you are a deer hunter acting like an expert blood witness or a bad deer hunter or a wanna be lawyer? Why not grow up, face the facts, and learn all the evidence that isn't even allowed due to the In governor being friends with Sam Lockhart. I seriously doubt if any of these people lose any sleep over that statement, though. Good try though. To think that this many people would be so much against poor old camm is unthinkable. This could not be framed by this many people. If he should get out (which he won't) then someone will put a bullet through his head and maybe dump him in the river. Maybe justice will finally be served for Kim, Brad, and Jill at last and we don't care what you think. good try again. coming from Evansville nothing shocks me. Let's see what all Boney testifies too since Camm wont take a stipulatory lie detector test.

I have asked this question before, and Don't feel that I received a satisfactory answer. TWICE David Camm's Murder convictions were over turned,. The circumstances of the over turning is similar to the Hurricane Carter successful appeal. Ruben Carter has been out of jail forever, but David Camm languishes in jail. IF David Camm has not been found guilty in TWELVE YEARS!, why is he not out on Bond? Or is He?

In reading about this case it reminds me of the Dr. Sam Sheppard Case in OH. One Author said "They tried him for Adultery, and convicted him of Murder"!

II just asked the same question on the other site. I know he was in Jail but maybe he did get out. I googled it and didn't see anything though. But, from reading the book, he has been found guilty once and was also found guilty the second time--that is on television.

Not Sure: Yes, he was convicted twice, BUT BOTH verdicts were over turned. SO..., in effect he was found Not Guilty. No, Not Innocent, just Not Guilty. But, maybe he is out on Bond. I, just don't think that he should still be in jail.

He is back in jail. I guess there must be enough evidence to hold him for a third trial. The news people were busy and said all they had was the hearing on the 18th. It didn't tell a lot. I live here but people are so sick of this case they could cuss. This dude's fam has a lot of money, power, and pull. Wonder why Boney wasn't convicted of selling those two guns? That makes it stranger. He was found guilty twice, but I think his lawyers keep getting this mess overturned due to their pull and there is money involved.. They are also in with bunches of people who are in politics-that is prolly why they got his defense team appointed as public defenders. Boney got a real bad lawyer in the case to set in with.I never thought he repsented Boney well at all. Camm keeps getting different lawyers so they must not really believe him either. I kind of think they are both guilty. Why weren't they tried together? The reason the first verdict was overturned was cause they said it was character assasination. Well, it was true so if the truth is there why is it character assisination? Guess it's easier to blame it on the black dude.

Hi Julia. The Justice Rally has been cancelled because of a key speaker having two things at the same time. She scheduled something in California and Denver at the same time. I am in the process of getting some flowers made up. I thought I would get Sarah Harris to make some. Would red be ok with you guys? I think that is for crime victims,etc but let me check. The bracelets are a good idea, but they are so expensive. I think we can get these flowers better. As we raise money we might be able to get the bracelets. I will look and see about that color and let you guys know. We will reschedule later. Have a great Derby! Not only does the blood spatter get him, the facts of this case are getting more obvious. He premeditated this murder, thought the ISP wouldn't even believe him, and they have bought out a lot of political people. The fact he didn't even go and console Kim's family the night it happened makes it even more obvious. No one has ever asked Sam Lockhart what he did all night long but I bet they sat there and decided what all they would say. I am leaving town in the morning-I travel. I will look at these posts when I get time. be sure and take your med--that one nut sees you (she is talking about another person there) so she must be having parnaoid delusions. Her and Camm deserve each other--what a total flake.

Has anyone ever considered that David Camm hired Boney to "help" with the murders or just sell him the guns, but that he had planned to frame Boney in the murders and take care of him (kill him) too? Like, an elaborate staging of the scene with someone to blame? sounds reasonable to me...yeah, the black dude killed my wife and kids, not sure why there is microscopic blood spray on my shirt, but what the hey?
I did consider it, but even that isn't the truth. Boney' sold the guns to Camm and that is it. He delivered the gun to Camm and Camm was there. He should NOT even of had a gun--Camm knew that. And Camm really didn't care. ALL he was interested in was a clean gun that couldn't be traced--he had the ammunition for it in his gun cabinet. WHY would he have that kind of ammunition IF he didn't have the need for it-Boney didn't sell him any shells. Camm is the biggest joke in the world--they will nail him this time and make it STICK once and for all.

Tracey, I know you do travel. Be sure and check your email. You did a world of good concerning my brother who was in prison in the Henderson, KY area--falsely accused. We need some input from you on another case for friends. I know you usually don't charge, but we also need a good ASP. Thanks!

OUT? The judge isn't going to let a twice convicted killer out on bond. Why would he? I guess you cold appeal to the Judge but I doubt judge Dartt lets this dude out. He is a flight risk.

http://www.intelius.com/results.php... There is NO Bob Chorta in Wilwaukee, WI and only one in the entire USA--he never heard of the Camm case. Good try, Defense. WE are smarter than you guys think.

Annette: Yes, convicted twice, and OVERTURNED TWICE!! David Camm should be free!!!
It appears that you cannot read very well. My last name is Chorba (not Chorta) and I live in Milwaukee, not Wilwaukee.
Chorba is not a particularly uncommon name in areas with large numbers of Hungarians. I am pretty sure there is more than one Bob Chorba in the USA. I think there is one in McKeesport, PA, and I at least make 2.

Well, David Camm will never be FREE. Never ever be free. Get that? If the ISC weren't bought out, then maybe those 2 convictions would NEVER gave been overturned. We personally don't care what you name is-STRANGE that someone from that area would even be interested in a local case. But the Camms and Lockharts wanted David's story to be TOLD and trust me, it will be..by the cops, prosecutor, detectives, Nancy Grace, etc. So along with the Muslims, they now have Hungarians interested in this evil man's case. Come on, Mr. Keith Henderson. GET YOUR BOOK ON THE SHELF!

If Blacks, in Milwaukee, can be concerned about the Martin Case in Florida, White Persons in Milwaukee can be concerned about the David Camm case in Indiana.
I became interested in the case after reading "One Deadly Night". Then while attending the 2010 Big Ten Tournament, I shared a box with a woman from New Albany, who told me there was going to be a third trial.
As, I have stated I have no opinion on David Camm's Guilt or innocence. BUT, if his 2 previous convictions were overturned, I think he should at least be free on bail.
I am trying to get other people (Black and White) interested in this case, so hopefully David Camm will be Freed on Bail.

Let's think about my previous Post. 2 YEARS AGO There was talk about a third trial and 2 years later there is still no trial. And (to paraphrase Bob Dylan) "David Camm sits in a 10 Foot Cell,... a Living Hell".
HOW IN THE NAME OF GOD CAN THAT BE RIGHT.
AT LEAST LET HIM OUT ON BAIL.

No wonder the State is not intersted in retrying David Camm. Just keep him in jail, no bond and spare the expense of another trial, which they would lose or have the guilty verdict over turned.

The book, "One Deadly Night" was written by John Glatt, who was contacted by the Camms and Lockharts. This isn't a black or white thing, it is a Justice thing. David Camm is guilty--he has 2 convictions. No Judge in his right mind is going to set a bail for someone who is a flight risk. This trial should never even of been a second trial, but the Camms and Lockharts are desperate. They know David Camm killed his family-they always have. This case is about big time political connections. And, Judge Jon Dartt isn't about to set a bail for someone with a sister-in-law from a foreign country. Camm knows he is canned and he would run in a heartbeat. Another thing his family did is control the timing as to when this book came out. It came out right after Charles Boney' was discovered. So, they thought Keith Henderson, the political buddy, would drop the charges, but he
didn't. Henderson is also a former IN State Trooper so he looked at it from a trooper's view. He picked up additional charges. And, he put David Camm right back in prison with those new charges. If you look at the Justice for David Camm website, it is done by the Defense and the family. they stopped right when they found boney'--this isn't Boney's trial. This is Camm's third trial and he isn't going anywhere. Maybe the public would be better off if Camm got out on bail again--someone would shoot him and Justice would at last be served. I read some earlier comments on another site-there aren't 11 witnesses. There are 10--they are all either best friends or relatives or work for his wealthy uncle,Sam Lockhart. I initally thought Camm wasn't guilty after Boney' showed up, but the evidence is too compelling. And since Mr. Boney plans to give statements or testify this time, then perhaps Justice for Kim, Brad, and Jill Camm will FINALLY be served. The BESt part is he did NOT ask for any time reduction. We shall see.

Daily Horoscope for May 19

Scorpio

There are days when you feel you can't say or do anything right, but happily this isn't one of them. In fact, it's a wonderful day in which everything goes well and it's remarkably easy to get on well with whoever happens to be around. Not that you want to spend your time with just any old person. You'd much rather get together with some close friends or that special someone in your life.
