So I guess this is what happens when you sweep things under the rug. This same Sergeant also had an inappropriate relationship with a female city employee in Personnel in which the PD had to respond to quell the enraged husband a little over a month ago.

It is also known that a female officer who recently resigned had filed a sexual harassment complaint against this same Sergeant.

This Sergeant also took part in a cover-up involving a DV and DWI involving one of his SWAT brothers who eventually went on to threaten another SWAT brother.

I for one see a pattern of conduct unfitting an officer much less a supervisor. Maybe if the issues had been addressed when they had initially surfaced this allegation may have not been lodged.

Once again the Westall regime protecting their own instead of protecting the community much like the Gallegos suspicious death, the dropping of charges against John Mayes, and the numerous other incidents within the past several months that have gone by the wayside.

Way to go hands on Chief. Isn't that your approach when you took the helm. The apple dont fall far from the Chief tree. Adultery in the house.

Sounds like a Bull Elk. The young Bull Elk and a older Bull Elk where on a hill looking down into a valley. The young Elk said to the older Elk. "Let's go down there and F--- one of those female "Cow" Elk". The older Bull Elk responds, "Let's go down there and F--- them all".
Husbands beware a "Bull Elk" is wearing a FPD uniform.

You told it wrong, chief. The young bull says, "Lets run down there...". The old bull says, "No, lets walk down there......".

The point of this old musing is that age and wisdom usually gets you more than youth and unbridled enthusiasm.

When I read that in the newspaper my heart just dropped. Who know who else has been hurt by this man and it was covered up. Wonder about our relative and her suspicious death??? We need a complete overhaul of our local police department. If we loose confidence in those who are suppose to keep us safe then we only have ourselves as a resource.

Let's see if Westall holds himself to his statement in the paper several weeks ago after the infamous Zebras incident. I think it was "I told everyone when I took charge that off-duty conduct is just as important as on-duty conduct".

Two incidents involving inappropriate behavior in less than a month which are known to the administration call for action. The conduct of ODonnell is not becoming an officer much less a supervisor. As a supervisor, who is supposed to be an example to junior officers. ODonnell should be held to a higher level of accountability than patrolman.

If three patrol officers are terminated over a verbal dispute at a local bar a supervisor, who was caught with another mans wife and a physical fight ensued should surely be terminated.

I dont why he is still working, even if he is assigned to desk duty he still has the capability of retrieving records, documents, and contacting key people in the justice system in which he is friends with. I think he should be suspended and severely restricted in his authoritative capacity.

If this accused Officer is guilty of the allegations then justice must be serve but if he is innocent then he has to prove himself in court with solid evidence & facts...but then again everybody judged the accused of what has been updated by the media & available sources yet still waiting for the verdict...Only a wise individual would collect the facts, compare and relate it to the allegations before making judgement...Let the Police do their job as well as the court...good day yall...

Once again FPD has to pull the rug up and lay down what could be fixed with SERVANT LEADERSHIP, but it thug like mentality. RAPE is not about sex...its about conquer and control. Women are not safe in the area, it could be your sister, mother or close female relative.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Gemini

Today's Full Moon, a Lunar Eclipse, will have a big impact on your relationships during the next few months, so stand by. If the cracks have been starting to show in a partnership, this could be when they turn into major fault lines that demand action. Can they be repaired or do they spell the end of the line? It may feel like a crisis but that doesn't mean it really is one, so don't over-react.
