I hope he gets his due....even the prison population frowns on that. They should lock him up in the general population and let nature takes it's course

His rape conviction will be reversed on appeal. The testifying experts could not say if she was raped or not. The elements of that particular charge were not proven.

If i were the father he would not have made it to a decision..he wuld be in the ground and i would be on trial. Go back to the old days. When there is overwhelming evidence..he was caught in the woods with her...but anyway when there is overwhelming evidence..save the taxpaying dollar and start burying these scumbags..If we did that look at all the money the govt would save. no more feeding, giving them tv and gyms and libraries and keeping them warm. they should suffer for what they have done...there shouldnt be anything known as prisoner rights. But this stands only for those where there is overwhelming evidence..not in cases where evidence is circumstantial

Ask the little girl who's life this scum bag ruined or the guys that luckily interrupted the idiot and scared him off. To bad the bleeding hearts wont allow his execution instead now we can pay to house him for the rest of his life. After all he has so much to contribute to our society.....

"Instead now we can pay to house him for the rest of his life." Are you serious? Undoubtedly we'll pay for this douche for the rest of his life, but he'll be out in 6 months tops thanks to our Liberal law makers like Chuckie, Roe Ann, and Hillary. I say we give him a speedy trail and then take him out and hang him from the nearest tree. Where's Judge Roy Bean when you need him?

That poor baby girl. That's first, maybe second grade at that age. Its time to eliminate these men ASAP, there is no rehab. Take that from someone who wasted the last few years of her life studying their psychology to hopefully be able to help curve their god awful urges. I gave up, and 4 years ago I was the one arguing and spending my life's time to make 'changes' to rehabilitate them.

I was molested as a child, that doesn't mean I'm going around molesting anyone. Why would I want to traumatize anyone the way I was.I say, chop his head off.

Sorry to hear about your story. Kids really are most vulnerable. It would be nice if everybody who ever got hurt as a kid could follow your lead. Unfortunately that's not always the case. I too was an abused kid. I never f'd up on kids either. God must have been on our side. Good luck.
