It's worth a shot. George will have to testify and stand a blistering cross examination but it won't be in front of a jury. If the judge rules against George the case can then proceed to a jury trial. Well punk....in either case he had a right to defend himself from a strange man following him. In your rush to conveniently forget the fact Zimmerman followed this kid and basically harassed him because dumbass George thought he had an adult criminal in his sights leads to the high probability Trayvon saw him as a viable threat to his own safety.

George acted inappropriately through this entire event friend. He's not going to be able to squeeze out of that basic fact.

I understand self defense all too well thank you. And I have managed to utilize specific skills to the same in a couple of cases. Apparntly you might see everything from a 5 year old boy throwing a tantrum to a 98 year old woman pulling on your sleeve as a threat to your safety worthy of a deadly response but many of us have a hard time swallowing Zimmerman's bullshit.

It was a community with a lot of people living there. There were signs informing people on the property of a Neighborhood watch. Why would a threat follow a person in a populated complex? I'm sure George was not the only unidentified man Trayvon had seen in this complex. Still was not a threat of great bodily harm or death therefore Trayvon didn't have grounds to attack George.

I can tell you this...I have been shadowed before and it can be determined to be a viable threat. Cops and the law aren't too keen about stalkers, those that behave in a suspicious manner by following strangers at night and only a fool will not take a defensive posture once a threat starts to be identified.

Zimmerman went beyond his bounds. Even the NRA won't back this punk because of his actions that night prior to the shooting.

This will be in the trial dimwit and maybe then you'll shut your ignorant self up.
