I am extremely heartened to see this proposed legislation submitted by Sen Wendell Mitchell receive the 29-0 vote and I as well as many others await the Alabama House due consideration. The tragedy of any person being enslaved in 2010 is unconscionable, factor in the fact that so many are children and it stills one's heart in horror. How in the world can people harm and sell little children, what kind of sicko does it take to do such a horrid deed. Surely they can't call themselves men, animals don't harm their young.
