so the murdered man was not violated in any way? the entire community knows they are all guilty because the dead man lived long enough to tell police who did it. I have a family member that gave testimony to the commonwealth attorneys office, I can promise you all 4 of them are going to be doing time. And as for you Ruth, you're nothing but a mouth with a keyboard, you better check that attitude before you come out of that holler. The bailiffs and deputies dont take kindly to cranky people inside the judicial center. maybe topix fans will get lucky and you'll get cracked in the mouth with a baton.

I can't believe some of the comments on this subject. I am very close to Ruth,Candy and the rest of the family and I personally know that Ruth is a good mother. A parent can only do thier best with raising thier children and hope that they end up being successful. The Candy I know is a very sweet girl and I have a hard time believing that she could hurt anyone especially an elderly man. I know she has done things in her life that she is probably not proud of but who hasn't. A perfect person is not something that can be achieved. I feel for the family of the Taylor man and I can understand them wanting justice. I have lived in Frakes my entire life and I know how some of the people in this community are - there are so many that judge you for mistakes made and for untrue rumors spread about you. I just feel so sorry for everyone in this situation. Also, I can't believe the comment someone made about Wayne Partin being a good man- WTF? How could anyone uphold someone that killed an innocent 16 yr old boy? I actually grew up with both Terry Lee and Anthony Ray. I was close to both of them. Terry Lee was not the same after the death of Anthony and believe me when I say he felt so bad about it. It makes me so sick to know that this murderer is out and is here in Frakes. This should show everyone exactly how unfair and crazy the court system works. So Ruth, I pray that Candy is given her fair day in court and that all the talk hasn't made it impossible for her to have a fair trial. May God Bless you all.
