Where is the supreme Court of WV on this case? Never have I heard of such commotion in any court room from a seated Judge. He should be suspended and removed as soon as possible.

How many complaints have been filed by this Minister against Judge Watson with the West Virginia Supreme Court? I, for one, would like the news media to make this public and ask Mr. Canterbury, the receiver of the complaints, why he has not done something about this horrible situation. This really is great news for our State and Mr. Canterbury, of the Supreme Court should step down, be fired and etc. Apparently he is not capable of doing his job. No defendant should be treated this way in a court of law.

You clearly don't know the "victim" the judge was in the right as far as I'm concerned

i think that the paster is in the right i was screwed over by judge watkins everything in my divorce was supposed to be 50/50 but i got nothing except the house wich i owe him 13000 and if i cant come up with the money by december this year then me and my kids are homeless cause i didnt have a job for a year and i looked for one every day. judge watkins put me down badley and screwed my life over. i even tried to appeal his rulling but when they went to review the court DVD it cant be reviewed cause of difficulty with dvd so you tell me whos corrupted in the court system. I would like to see watkins in jail for treating people like dirt and taking there family and destroying it.if we voted it would be to remove watkins as judge permantly without pay and all of his cases be redone and make things right

I know the judge and paster and the paster is a realy nice person i have been to his church a few times if you need help he will help you. he has been polite to me,my family and my friends family. so i think the judge had no right to treat people like he does. he dont know everybody that comes in his court room.

The pastor is a complete nut job. He has tortured this poor woman. He has threatened her life which resulted in a LIFE time restraining order. Yea, real "man of God". He is trying to say that she is not in "right mind" & that she doesn't really want a divorce...
The judge lost it, but the guy has endangered his family...wouldn't you snap?

Judge Watkins has been screaming and cursing in the Family Court room for years. He is EXTREMELY slow in preparing court orders and the people at the Putnam County Courthouse will not even tell you the status of your court order. I have been waiting since December 15th of 2011 to get an order to reduce my alimony payment. Judge Watkins stated in the courtroom that the order would be done in January 2012 and I am still waiting.
