4, 2009. Cha has passed the written exam required for a driver's license Wednesday after hundreds of failed attempts over the past four years, police said Friday.

She's from a smaller community so I don't think her family will let her do too much driving if she gets here license anyway. I'm sure she's probably staying with her eldest son or daughter, so s/he'll keep an eye on her.
