Dang! Why would this be fun to do? Poor dog! It just makes me worried about what kind of adult they will grow up to be if they are cruel to other living creatures at their young age.

What were they thinking? The dog is probably dead because of injurries.
I think some of these violent video games and horrible movies about torcher and murder that they are spewing out probably helped in this situation.
Parents need to start monitoring what there children see and what they do (within there power that is). I refused to get some of this violent crap that they put out today for this very reason.

I say as their punishment, they work cleaning out dog cages at their local humane shelter for the rest of the summer...nice and hot and smelly! If they don't want to do that...then we'll set them on fire and see how they like it.

I don't think they were setting the dog on fire but were taking that kind of hatred out on him. It make me wonder who they hate that kind of hatred for in the first place.

I hope they find the dog alive so he will recieve the much needed treatment he will need.

An eye for any eye. They will feel the burn of hell one day. Put these monsters away - I don't care if they are 'kids'; they are the psychos of tomorrow's news.

These little punks should really be punished over this crap!!!!!!!!!! I feel so sorry for the poor dog than ran away and probably died a slow, miserable death because of these idiots. I would not care how old they were, they would be severely punished if I had anything to do with it. Animals are living things and they do not deserve this kind of cruelty. It makes me so mad I could scream!!!!!!!!

I agree. If they get a thrill out of torturing a poor animal, imagine what thrills they would get out of torturing a human. DISGUSTING BRATS!

these boys need to be taken out to the wood shed and given a good old fashioned whooping. One of them like our grandparents, and parents gave us. Being mischievious is one thing, but this is just down right cruelty.

Ok these kids was 9-14 ... who was in charge of them? Where was the adult? I don't care how mature some kids think they are at 9 - 14 they shouldn't be left alone... They should be supervised. We all need to FORGET the spare the rod spoil the child and bring back SPANKING.

"Jimski" How much do you want to bet that these kids are on ADD drugs."

What would that have to do with their behavior? Do ADD Drugs cause this type of behavior?

I would recommend severe corporal punishment followed up by a punishment such as what one person above suggested, community service in an animal shelter. They also need some stout therapy on top of that. This kind of sociopathic behavior makes you wonder what they will be like as adults, probably criminals, serial killers, Republicans, etc.

These children (demons) need professional help! I agree with the other posters, to do something like this at such an early age what does their future hold? I sincerely hope the parent's are forced to get them help!

I agree. This is what is wrong with our youth today not enough whippings. I have a six year old. I hardly ever have to whip her, but when she needs it ill give it to her. Guess what she knows better. She knows I will whip her if she does something stupid like this. I also love her with lots of love and give her expections and a lot of praising when she does good. Really burns me up to see a child disrespect their parents.

You're finally at your best after relaxing and catching your breath for a moment. Now that you're rested, it's time to do some of the things you've been putting off lately.
