That is what Obama is saying also. Like I said I am not an Obama fan or supporter but he made that point and I agree.

Jackson on the other hand thinks that the US had not paid the debt for the blacks role in slavery. Obamas basically says it is time to move past this issue and look into the real problems.

I think as a country, "finger pointing" is becoming way too popular. We need to admit when we are wrong and move on and stop passing the blame from one thing to another.

Jackson is a guy whose livlihood was shaking down corporations during the 70s and 80s. He would threaten to boycott and publicize corporations if they didnt pay up. He works for the interests of "those of which we dare not speak". Always has. He is a stage prop for the whites (in the negative sense). Most blacks dont even like Jackson. They know what he is.
